A few days ago I lamented how the print process in DrivethruRPG is annoying, and I didn't want to do the entire process again. I got the last books today, and I decided that instead of just puckering up and eating the cost again, I would do something about it.

So, the news is that the physical release will be through Lulu, the company I used for the physical print of the Backerkit copies, and because I know how their systems work, and they have good print previews, I can confidently start the process of release immediately. Because I wanted to double down on this, I created my own site using Wordpress which has its store connected to Lulu. 

There will be a bit of a delay with these orders because I need to approve orders manually when ordered from my site, and I have to pay the overhead for the printing. So if I get a ton of orders at once, it might get hairy with the fulfillment. But! I'm determined that this is the best way to go about this in the long run!

Orders through the Lulu Bookstore will probably be the fastest and safest though. However, I am unsure if I can attach the digital version to orders from Lulu! I might need to send the keys to people manually, which isn't a huge problem, but still something to consider. I doubt the sell volume of the game will be more than a hundred copies a week, honestly, and I can probably automate the key sending somewhat.

But, for all the backers, this means that I can soon start distributing your Digital Keys! For everyone else, prepare for launch! It's getting late today, so I'm probably going to delay the launch to tomorrow, but we might honestly get the game out in 24 hours!
