Thank you so much for your patience once again! I'm 90% done fulfilling the rewards! Some backers completed their surveys or resolved their payment issues later than others, so I haven't had a chance to fulfill their orders just yet. However, I'll do my best to get everything shipped within the next week or so.

Please keep an eye on your mailbox over the next few weeks so you don't miss your package!

If you have family or friends living outside the EU, I can ship your package to their address instead.

I've looked into this, and it seems there are a few mail forwarding services that can forward packages to EU countries. I wish I could recommend some companies, but I haven't personally tried any of them, so I can't vouch for their services. Please also keep in mind that you'll still be responsible for paying any applicable VAT when the package arrives.

If neither Option 1 nor Option 2 is feasible for you, I'll be happy to issue a full refund. As much as I want you to receive your goodies, I also want to make sure that we're able to find a solution that works for everyone. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and really appreciate your understanding and support!

I've unlocked all EU backers' shipping addresses so you can update them if you'd like to go with Option 1 or Option 2. If you haven't updated your shipping address by the end of November, I'll assume you've chosen Option 3 (a full refund) and will proceed with issuing your refund.

I'm truly sorry that you've had to wait this long and that, unfortunately, you may not be able to receive your rewards. I really wish things had worked out differently, and I sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and support throughout this process.

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to share a quick update that I've fulfilled about half of the rewards! 

Unfortunately, I need to pause shipping for a little bit because the courier I'm using unexpectedly placed a limit on my account. This caught me completely off guard lol. I've already submitted a request to increase the limit so I can continue shipping out the remaining rewards.

In the meantime, I also realized that shipping to the EU has become much more complicated than I expected. I'll need some time to figure out how to ensure my packages comply with GPSR requirements. My current plan is to handle EU orders through Etsy, as Etsy has partnered with third-party providers that offer GPSR compliance services. If this works out, I'll first issue a full refund for your reward through BackerKit, then create a matching listing on Etsy for you to purchase again.

EDIT: If you have an alternative shipping address outside the EU, please email me at [email protected] and I'll unlock your shipping address so you can update it! I'd prefer to handle address changes this way rather than through Etsy. Thank you! 

I'm sorry for the unexpected delays and extra steps! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while I work through these shipping issues. I'll keep everyone updated as soon as I have more information.

Hello everyone!

Thank you so much for waiting patiently! I've finally finished quality-checking all the enamel pins and getting them packaged up. We can finally move on to the next step!

I'll be locking the shipping addresses sometime this week, so please double-check your address and update it if needed before then! Once the addresses are locked, I'll be charging the shipping fees. 

I'm aiming to ship out all the rewards by the end of October! There are still a couple of backers who haven't completed their surveys yet, so please take a moment to fill yours out if you haven't already! I'll need your survey information to fulfill your pledge.

Hello everyone!

I’m so excited to share that the enamel pins have officially arrived and production is finally complete! 🥹💕 I finally got to see them in person, and I think they look amazing! I really hope you’ll love them just as much as I do. ✨

Convention season has been incredibly busy, and I also got sick on and off in between, so I truly appreciate everyone’s patience while waiting for this project.

The next step is quality checking all of the pins to make sure everything is ready before they go out to their new homes! Once the quality check is complete, I’ll begin preparing orders and starting the shipping process. Thank you again so much for your patience and support throughout this journey.
