WE HAVE A MEGA UPDATE!! There is a light at the end of the tunnel!
After 15 months, two wars causing major delays, and a few gallons of tears shed from the stress of wanting these critters in their new homes, we finally have a set timeline!! There has been so much uncertainty on timing since the first major production delay back in August with samples, and we are so excited to announce that ALL CRITTERS WILL BE OUT OF PRODUCTION AND ON THE WAY TO US BY THE FIRST WEEK OF JULY!!
First of all, Porsha and Salem have been shipped!! They are the first two of the 9 critters to start their journey to the US! Everyone wish safe travels to the puppies!
Their journey will take about 30 days to get to us- then Jojo will ship all orders that are only puppies!
Juniper is currently being packed up and will be following suit within the week!
Behind Juniper is Eclair and Clover; they are going through their quality checks!
Poppy has been sewn and is awaiting stuffing and quality checks!
Lastly, Audie and Oolong are almost done being sewn!
All critters will be on the way to us by the end of June!!
We will be staggering shipping based on what critters get to us at what time so we can get all critters shipped out much faster! However, all orders will be shipped out within a week of the last box of critters getting to us- fulfillment will be Jojo's only priority for the 3-4 weeks that the shipments are coming in! You've all waited more than long enough for your critters- there is no reason to not spend a few days straight shipping everyone out!
We are so unbelievably grateful for everyone's patience this past year- its been a crazy year full of unexpected twists and turns and we are excited for you all to finally bring your critters home! We're especially excited for everyone to see the fun little extras that come with their critters, as well as getting pictures of everyone in their new homes! Here’s a mini update on production: - The sleepy service puppies are DONE and have their tags on!! - The woven labels are DONE!! - All other critters are in the production line and they’re moving as fast as possible!! - The puppies are in safety testing for their Children’s Product Certificates! These are legally required before we import the critters!!

Hi! Everyone is in bulk production right now other than the service puppies, who are finished! We should have an update from our manufacturer very soon on when they are shipping out! They have made all the hanging tags and woven labels for the critters!
We have not locked surveys in order to ensure anyone who needs to update their address is still able to, as we have gotten a few emails about people moving. We will give a warning for locking addresses once we have an ETA on plushies; they will not lock until about 2 weeks before the plushies arrive so we can prep shipping labels at that time! We are planning on getting all orders shipping out the same week we receive the plushies- everyone's been so kind and patient as we navigate the production and shipping challenges the past year has caused us. Luckily we are now aware of the new climate for manufacturing and can avoid most major delays like this in the future.
Our manufacturer has put us on the priority list due to the massive delays the trade war caused on production and shipping! We will send out an update as soon as I get an updated timeframe from our manufacturer!

Each critter will also come with a custom tag!
We will keep everyone posted on the official shipping date to me, and will let you know what week we will be doing fulfillment!!
Critter samples are FINALLY being shipped out to law and I so we’ll be able to show the critters off in some fun content, as well as get some high-quality photos for y’all!

⭐️ the service puppies are all cut out and ready to be stuffed and sewn! They are just finalizing the woven butt tags! ⭐️ our factory where production is will be closed for Lunar New Year 02/17-02/27 so we won’t have anymore updates until beginning of March — I wish we could make things go faster, but we are at the will of how fast they are able to mass produce all these babies 🙏🙏

Hi Folks!! We’re officially dropping the final designs for cutters over the next week- bulk order has been placed!! They are sending out final revisions and getting fabric quantities measured out right now and production will be beginning shortly!!

We are so unbelievably happy with how pixel turned out- isn’t he precious?!
We are starting some very fun things BTS to prepare for shipping series 1 out to everyone and getting hype for future series once series one critters have made it to their new homes!! We’re so excited for everyone to get their critters and promise they’ll be more than worth the wait💕💕💕
You’ll see that Pixel’s spine embroidery is a hair different than the other critters- this is because the embroidery sits on a seam between two fabrics which can’t be embroidered simultaneously! The pouch is the exact same size regardless!
