Okay, so - bad news first. As per Tuesday Knight Games' update (read it here), physical fulfillment for Grim Merchants and all Mega-Pledge Manager projects has been delayed until March 2027. It's an unfortunate situation, and we sincerely apologize for the wait. This group shipping plan has been an incredibly ambitious undertaking from the start, and while complications have always been a possibility, it's not fun for anybody to see them come down on you all, the backers.

Ultimately though, rest assured that tons of hard work is behind done behind the scenes to coordinate everything, and I am glad we will get to ship alongside our fellow creators in the end! I'd hate to have left anyone behind, and I very much trust that the wait will be worth it. For the moment, we are just wishing TKG and every one of our MM25 fellows the best in delivering some truly banger modules. We hope you will too!

Alright, now it's good news time. To help make the wait a little more bearable, Michael and I have completed Grim Merchants Vendor #6 as a bonus digital pamphlet! It's available to download at the link below in the Backer-Only section of this update, and should be available in the next week or so alongside your Mega-Pledge Manager downloads as well.

Note that this is a digital-only reward - Michael and I whipped this up ourselves without any budget except our time and human energy (including the art!), so unfortunately a print run to go along with it just wouldn't be feasible. If we ever do physicals, it'll be after March fulfillment at the very earliest, probably alongside the wide physical release of Grim Merchants itself on the TKG store. So enjoy, print at home, and if you're not yet familiar with the Providers, you're in for a horrifying treat!
