Hey so just wanna start off by saying I am thankful to everyone who has been patient. First the new replacement apricot order is on its way!
They will be here soon!! And everything will get sent out!
New archyopteryx have also arrived so those are being sent out too!!
I am also going to be getting all order fixes out by the end of next week. I am taking a week off from work to get everything out to everyone before the end of the month. And any other orders not sent yet as well.
I have not been the best at dealing with the volume of orders from this campaign and I have also decided that after pride pals, since it’s a collaboration and I also already have all the samples. I’ll be taking a step back from making pocket pals for a while. I want to rework how they are done, I don’t think trying to do backerkit orders has been the best and most professional way to get these done. Mainly because my lack of ability to get everything done in an orderly and not messed up time. And while I’m doing my best to fix everything, this way way way more than I thought I could handle. And after pride pals I will be taking a step back to rework how they are done. It’s not the end of pocket pals, just going to be doing them differently!
More than likely only 4-5 different ones each time from now on. No more than that, and much shorter things or a website preorder list. I want to try to correct the issues from this campaign, as it was not at all how I wanted to go about filling orders of if. And I feel that I need to appologize as well for the lack of professionalism when it has come to this campaign.
I never expected it to grow to this large volume and I was not ready for it to be like this when it came to fiffillinf so many orders at once. As well as the issues with the apricots and the archaeopteryx’s as well. Also having issues with customs and I will be refunding all of the customs ones fully who haven’t gotten theirs yet.
I’m going to try my best to correct these issues, and work harder to figure out how to fix things and rebuild a good reputation and business model for these guys.
I’m sorry and I am going to improve on things, I love these little guys and I wanna continue to do them!
