Hey everyone!! Fulfillment is NEARING COMPLETION!!! Our lovely fulfillment partner estimates about a quarter of orders left, including a bulk of international pledges. Please allow the next couple weeks for your order to be processed and shipped!! YAY!!!
We do want to touch on a shipping label bug that affected a number of backers. Some of you may have received multiple tracking numbers, and we’re sorry for the confusion. Due to a BackerKit glitch, shipping labels needed to be remade, which caused multiple tracking numbers to attach to your pledge. The most recent tracking number you’ve received will be your accurate tracking. If you haven't received a new tracking yet, don't worry! You will get one ASAP!! Once you have your new tracking number, it still may need a few days until it starts updating with USPS as our fulfillment partners work diligently to ship out our remaining pledges. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and so sorry again for the confusion!!

Four backpacks species -- London Fog Raven, Poppy Moth, Hobart Thylacine and Winter Falls Lynx -- should be arriving to the USA in the next few weeks. Once they arrive we will have everything and fulfillment will be finishing in November!!

BACKPACKS ARE LANDING TO LITTLESOFTS FULFILLMENT TEAM SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!
The first batch, including BeanBuds, enamel pins, Cocoa Jackalope, Tangerine Tiger, Oatmeal Otter, Paprika Maned Wolf, Biscuit Wolf, and Forest Dragon, will land in the USA next week!
The second batch, including rain ponchos, Poppy Moth, Winter Falls Lynx, Hobart Thylacine and London Fog Raven, will arrive later in October!
So, fulfillment will commence very soon and take 1-2 months if all goes well! Please remember the order of fulfillment is random and some people will get orders sooner and some later, and nothing you did or do will affect this! Please be understanding and patient as we work on shipping to you! Make sure your shipping address is correct also!!
Enjoy some more photos of the Snugs fam getting ready for shipping! Unlike Series 1, these backpacks are not being vacuum packed, so they should arrive pretty fluffy and good-looking condition, which is also super exciting!!!!
The first round of backpacks are shipping out to us! This is WAY WAY earlier than we ever expected or hoped!
Rain Ponchos and the second batch should ship out to me in later September so we will be fulfilling backpacks during October and November if there is no other major delay with customs or something.
I hope you are super happy with this extremely good looking timeline for backpacks! Remember they will fulfill over a month or two and you will not get yours fulfilled in any particular order so please be patient, kind and understanding about this!
I will also be announcing a new campaign soon and in case it concerns you, the next campaign won't begin until fulfillment is complete for the Snug-Alongs: Series 2 items! So when you begin to get hype and emails about it, please do not worry about that!
