Hey puzzle friends! We are beginning a slow rollout of our surveys for this campaign. Some things you need to know:

1. Not all surveys are going out at the same time. We're testing a batch, then potentially adjusting the surveys, then sending more. So if you don't get one today, don't worry. It's coming. We'll let you know when all the surveys are sent out.
2. You will have the opportunity to upgrade your pledge level on the first page of the survey. After that page, you'll be able to add add-ons as desired. Then you'll be charged for shipping, taxes, and any added products as needed.
3. You have till September 18 to finish this process. After that, we will close the surveys and charge your cards. Sometime after that, we'll make digital rewards available in the pledge manager.
4. Some digital rewards, like The Hunting of the Shark and The 12 Days of Cryptics, will not be available until later, as they are still being readied for you.
5. Shipping of physical goods will happen after The Hunting of the Shark, Mindspaces, and The Puzzlevania Map arrive in our warehouse.
