Hello Adventurers,

I hope you’ve all been enjoying the last days of summer!

Here in the Forest, the first signs of autumn are beginning to appear. The days are slowly growing shorter, the air is changing, and the leaves are preparing for their quiet transformation.

In Whispering Willows, life and death are part of the same ancient cycle. Roots grow from what came before, and even the spirits of those who walked these paths long ago may still have something to whisper to those who listen.

Today we introduce a new wanderer of the Forest: a small squirrel who draws upon the spirits of the past to face the dangers that hide among the leaves of the present.

This beautiful illustration is, as always, by Marga Biazzi!

Meanwhile, work on the book continues! I’m currently refining the final text and bringing all the different elements together for the definitive version of the volume!

And in the next update, I’ll finally be able to show you the final layout of the book, together with some finished pages. I’m really looking forward to giving you a first glimpse of what "Whispering Willows" will look like in its final form!

As the leaves prepare to fall, new things are already taking root...

Ciao Avventurieri,

Spero che vi stiate godendo questi ultimi giorni d’estate!

Qui nella Foresta iniziano ad apparire i primi segni dell’autunno. Le giornate si accorciano lentamente, l’aria sta cambiando e le foglie si preparano alla loro silenziosa trasformazione.

Iin Whispering Willows, vita e morte fanno parte dello stesso antico ciclo. Dalle radici di ciò che è stato nasce ciò che ancora deve venire, e persino gli spiriti di chi ha percorso questi sentieri molto tempo fa possono avere ancora qualcosa da sussurrare a chi sa ascoltare.

Oggi vi mostriamo un nuovo abitante della Foresta: un piccolo scoiattolo capace di attingere agli spiriti del passato per affrontare le minacce che si nascondono tra le foglie del presente.

Questa splendida illustrazione è, come sempre, opera della bravissima Marga Biazzi!

Nel frattempo, i lavori sul volume continuano! Sto rifinendo il testo definitivo e riunendo tutti i diversi elementi che andranno a comporre la versione finale del libro!

E nel prossimo aggiornamento potrò finalmente mostrarvi il layout definitivo del volume, insieme ad alcune pagine complete. Non vedo l’ora che possiate dare un primo sguardo a quello che sarà Whispering Willows nella sua forma finale!
