Please pay no mind to the epoxy only being on the centers, I asked them to do it over the entire pin because the probability of the epoxy spreading out and making them look awful is really high, and I never expected them to try to only dome the centers to begin with. Would be super cool if it was guaranteed to stay put though, admittedly!
