I backed the Magnus Archives game at the Investigative Team tier and never received an email notifying me that the game was released or that we had to go to Monte Cook Games' website to order the products within a year with limited time coupons. I only found any of this out by investigating their website earlier this year. I have sent Monte Cook Games four emails across several months, but have not gotten any response. Anyone have advice on how to get in contact with them and get the products I already paid for without spending an additional $1,200?
