If you earned the collector's coin as a reserver, it won't appear in your pledge during the campaign. That's expected and applies to both digital and physical tiers. Your coin will show up in the pledge manager survey after the campaign ends, where you'll confirm your order.
Shipping for the coin will be collected in the pledge manager, so you don't need to do anything right now.
No. If you earned the coin as a reserver, it's already yours. The $10 add-on is a separate item for anyone who wants additional coins, or for backers who didn't reserve and would like one.
To our reservers who haven't completed their pledge: your coin is waiting for you. Just back the campaign at any tier and you'll see it in the pledge manager later.

There is a LOT of swag, and a lot of expensive swag; could pay over time be enabled for this campaign, so this could potentially be split over time directly by the payment processor? I've used this in many other campaigns. In particular, BackerKit first introduced this for one of Brandon Sanderson's crowdfund campaigns, which have been enormously successful and I think some of that can be attributed to this option.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m really grateful for the bonus key! It’s just that "Thief Gold" is an older game that isn't hard to get or expensive if anyone wants to buy it. Personally, I wish we got a "Thief Remaster" instead, or even just a discount coupon for it. Since the remaster is coming out soon, it would bring much more value and excitement, especially for someone new to the franchise who might find the original a bit outdated

Hi all, hope this post is allowed. For those of you who receive a Steam key for Thief Gold, and/or just want to check out the game yourself, I thought I'd offer a helpful post on Steam for patching the game so that it can run properly on modern machines. This doesn't change the gameplay or graphics (unless you want it to), it just makes it so this old classic plays nice on your computer. It's easy to install and is free and safe.
