We've had a few questions about the collector's coin for those who reserved during our pre-launch campaign, so here's how it works.

Where's my coin?
If you earned the collector's coin as a reserver, it won't appear in your pledge during the campaign. That's expected and applies to both digital and physical tiers. Your coin will show up in the pledge manager survey after the campaign ends, where you'll confirm your order.

I'm a digital backer. How do I get a physical coin?
Shipping for the coin will be collected in the pledge manager, so you don't need to do anything right now.

Do I need to buy the $10 coin add-on?
No. If you earned the coin as a reserver, it's already yours. The $10 add-on is a separate item for anyone who wants additional coins, or for backers who didn't reserve and would like one.

Haven't pledged yet?
To our reservers who haven't completed their pledge: your coin is waiting for you. Just back the campaign at any tier and you'll see it in the pledge manager later.

If anything about the coin comes up in the future, we'll post it here, so this update is the best place to check first.
