We have exciting news from BackerKit headquarters! Our Pledge Manager Survey smoke test has officially begun! 

This is the first step in our grand survey rollout. During the Smoke Test, 5% of backers from each pledge tier will receive their surveys early so we can make sure everything runs as smoothly. If fortune favors you, your survey email will arrive today or tomorrow. The rest of the party will join the fun next week, once the test concludes and the system proves ready for the full adventuring host.

If all goes well and no mischievous tech gremlins attack from the shadows, the full survey launch will begin Monday, November 3rd! We’ll post another update when the portal officially opens to all backers (or sooner, to keep you updated if the gremlins require banishment).

Take note: shipping will not be charged yet; that part of our journey will come closer to fulfillment in Spring 2026.

You must complete your survey to receive your rewards. We’ll send reminders as the deadline approaches, but the best way to stay ahead of the horde is to fill it out as soon as it arrives. Surveys will lock on November 30th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

As our games continue their journeys across the ocean, we are spinning forward with preparations for fulfillment. We will be locking addresses on Monday, March 16th in order to facilitate smooth shipping of your games.

Be sure to check the address you submitted via your survey and make any necessary changes before March 16th. (And don't worry, we'll remind you again before then.)

Just as our printer has been hard at work on Pathfinder Quest, our various partners have been working to produce this campaign's high-quality add-ons and accessories. A couple of these partner products are running on a longer schedule than the game itself, so we are planning to split shipments into two waves.

Pathfinder Quest (Standard and Deluxe Editions) and most add-ons and stretch goals will ship in Wave 1, beginning in early April. 

The following add-ons will be shipped in the fall as part of Wave 2:

We know this may come as an inconvenience and disappointment to some backers, but our priority is getting the game to you as soon as possible, and thus we have chosen split shipments rather than holding everything for later fulfillment. Thank you for your understanding!

Before we get to the news, a friendly reminder for our Pay-Over-Time backers: your surveys close this Friday, February 6th at 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time. To ensure you get your rewards, fill out the survey ASAP. If you did not receive a survey upon completing your final payment, please reach out to [email protected]. Please also check to make sure your payments have gone through—a couple of folks have needed to fix payment methods to finalize their pledge and get their survey.

And now, for the fun!

As we welcome you into the month of February, we are excited to announce that shipments of Pathfinder Quest have begun their journeys around the world! The base game (both Standard and Deluxe Editions) has been loaded onto ships bound for our fulfillment centers in the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe. 

We have handily bested the Lunar New Year cut-off for shipments and should see those boats checking into their various ports in 6-8 weeks. To celebrate, take a look at some of these behind-the-scenes photos of components from the factory floor!
