Because the player mats are delayed, I created a simple character dashboard that holds the character card flat and has room for four of the other cards. There's also room to stand up more cards in a vertical section. This really helps with board space as well. I've also created a basic enemy stand that allows you to keep the enemy cards vertical and that has wells in order to keep track of the damage without the tokens getting all jumbled up. I uploaded them over on the game page at BGG. Enjoy, and do with them what you want.
