For me I tried the extra riser and it didn’t work for me so took it out and didn’t sleep well so I took out one more riser and well I been sleeping well so far. I just wiki could have a extra pillow case so I could put one on while I wash the other.

I opened it up, excited to finally have this darn thing. I waited 24 hours for it to hopefully puff up. I specifically got the 5” one because I have broad shoulders. After 4 days, it measures 2.4-2.5” (and about 1” in the middle). When I put my head on it, I compress it completely to the mattress. The cooling pillow case is baggy, like it’s only 1/2 full. I’m currently using my 8$ pillow from Target, because otherwise this thing will kill my back.

I like it. I’m not sure it’s life changing, but it’s doing the job for me. Thank you for seeing the project through to delivery!

I’m going to be completely honest and say this doesn’t even come close to the quality and performance of my original pillow cube. I find the pillow case to be loose and as others mentioned could’ve been better quality at the sealing end. This did not improve my sleep, rather actually increased my snoring from the original pillow cube and left me feeling less rested. Unfortunate that I feel like this turned into throwing over $100 into a recycling bin as I will not be using the pillow and wish I had not invested at this point. Total experience was terrible between communication, delays, and satisfaction of the end product. I will not be investing in their products moving forward and will look for an alternative

Got the pillow, it seems nice. I would definitely be careful zipping up the inside cover if you are adding any risers. I haven’t gotten my knee pillow gift for backing early. Anyone know the support email so I can get that too?
