Thanks for the update, but I don't actually want my pillow to be cool to the touch. I've been a "cold sleeper" my entire life. I wear multiple hoods, scarves, and blankets over my head to get warm enough to fall asleep. If the only option now is a pillow that's cool to the touch, I might need to cancel my order. My impression is that it's the pillowcase that has the cooling fibers, not the pillow itself?
Hi Kari! I see you've been able to communicate with our Customer Service team. I'll answer here for anyone else wondering or concerned about having a cool pillow. Rachael is correct! The cooling feature is the pillow case itself, so if you're not a fan of sleeping cool, you can use your own pillow case.
