Emailing New Titan

It looks like folks will have everything in hand very soon. Mike and Shawn at New Titan are working hard to get the last packages from Texas + New Jersey out. Now, you might notice those are the same names of the people who answer the New Titan Print customer service emails (if you've gotten a reply). This is the case.

Please only email New Titan's customer service if you need help from them, i.e. received a package missing items, or items are damaged, or you need to contact them as part of the delivery issue the deliverer is having in getting packages to you. Please do not ask them (right now) for tracking. They are working back and forth between shipping and answering dozens of emails, and they are prioritizing emails that need immediate replies and getting the packages out.

They WILL get back to you in time, but right now they are focused on shipping out items and only looking at emails that need immediate replies. Thank you!

For the deadlines about reaching out in time if there are damaged or missing items, the fact that you emailed out already is all you needed to do. We will only say "sorry, tough luck" to folks who reach out for the first time 45 days+ after they got the package. It's okay if New Titan doesn't reply for a moment.

PSA About Deluxe Editions!

When you're looking in the right half of your huge box, you'll notice a thick cardboard divider between some items. But it's not a divider, it's actually your game board! It is firmly stuck together by its magnets, so I get if you got confused about it. But as you can see in the video, I get the darn thing open alright with a little elbow grease. Just make sure it's the correct side!
