To start off with: I have no affiliation with RawRen or Glitch Cat Graphics. This is information that I have learned within the last 24 hours. I posted this comment on a previous post asking for an update, but I think this needs to be seen by more people. I’ve been informed that in September 2025 an instagram post was uploaded informing the community that all RawRen Designs accounts were hacked and/or deleted over the course of 2024. Which is odd given that RawRen’s own Backerkit shows the past history of completing Kickstarters, including that time frame in which the RawRen accounts were allegedly hacked. (How do you do a BackerKit with the accounts that were allegedly hacked or deleted? Not to mention, they backed campaigns in 2025 and this campaign was made after their accounts were allegedly hacked.) What is doubly odd is that this Mush Love campaign was started after all RawRen accounts were supposedly hacked or deleted the year prior. What’s more, in their BackerKit profile, you see that they had an uncompleted Backerkit in the summer of 2024 - “Visibilitea Season Two.” The only difference is that, around the last time RawRen uploaded a community post in the Visibilitea campaign, they were sharing the initial pin arrival with those customers that had backed that campaign. The last post here was talking about tariffs. Which is fair, a lot of other campaigns were sharing the same thing. Both posted ten months ago. The only difference is that every other campaign communicated that tariff issue with the customers. I had a few campaigns that discussed potentially refunding orders because of the tariffs. In the end, I got all but one of the campaigns I had paid for, all the others were able to work around the tariffs and get items to customers. This is the only Pintopia 2025 campaign that I’ve been completely ghosted by. What is more odd is that I was tipped off from someone else that RawRen Designs had changed their name to Glitch Cat Graphics on instagram. (Which is where I found that initial information of all their accounts allegedly being hacked in 2024, as that post was shared in Sept 2024, a month after the Visibilitea campaign ended.) In that profile, you can see that they have an etsy open. (If you try to use the link located in this campaign’s ABOUT info, it leads to a closed shop. Meaning that they are operating under a new etsy storefront.) And when you go to the new Glitch Cat Graphics etsy? Oh. They’re selling a mushroom sticker in the style of the pins from this campaign. It even has the RawRen watermark on the bottom part of the mushroom. (I didn’t order stickers, so I’m not sure if it was an option in this campaign.) And, what’s that? They are also selling the pins from the uncompleted Visibilitea Season Two campaign? (The one review I saw in which someone had bought the pin, the seller said that they never received it. But it's odd to be selling pins of an uncompleted campaign on a different storefront.) If RawRen’s accounts were allegedly hacked - who has the access to my address? My phone number? Why has Backerkit not stepped in and not said anything if the account was hacked? Why has Glitch Cat Graphics not addressed these uncompleted campaigns on their instagram? An instagram account that was active last in September 2025, but I'll talk about that update in a second. (Which was when the statement of “All RawRen accounts have been hacked” was made. Which was several months after the Mush Love campaign ended and a year after the Visibilitea campaign ended.) So they were all hacked in 2024, yet they still had access to making campaigns despite ALL of their RawRen accounts being inaccessible? Why is RawRen/Glitch Cat Graphics selling items that are identical to the designs uploaded on these unfinished BackerKit campaigns? Why did they change their shop name without addressing any unfinished business left with their previous business name? Why was their RawRen etsy (linked on here) deleted? I don’t want to be confrontational, but given the info I have learned from Glitch Cat Graphics, I am angry that we have been left in the dust and left without products we paid for. I'm angry that, if it is true and they were hacked - who has access to my information and why have we not been informed of that? Oh. And that update. Someone else I know who backed this campaign DM'd the Glitch Cat Graphics instagram page this morning, inquiring about this unfinished backerkit campaign. The Glitch Cat Graphics instagram and the etsy under the same name were removed as of the time of writing this. (About 12:40PM CST, Feburary 5, 2026. The brunt of this essay was written earlier this morning when both of those accounts were active.) Please, just give us answers or give us a refund. Nothing about this timeline adds up, and the selling of items related to unfinished backerkits on etsy is REALLY not helping this case. I don't want to come off as rude, but I am tired of this.
