As shipping updates become more frequent we’ve decided that we’ll be shifting updates to this pinned post.
We’ll be editing and updating this post as often as possible with smaller updates that don’t make sense to blast to all backer emails and bringing back weekly updates for backers who just want a bigger regular summary.
Today’s update is a short general one!
Last week was our “trickle” week. We sent a limited number of orders and tested the system that’s been put in place to handle these shipments. Since it was a success we’re now going to turn the faucet on high and have the warehouse start shipping out at full capacity.

How long is shipping going to take?
We project 6 to 8 weeks to fulfill all orders from this campaign, wrapping up just before Carlsgiving (the official retail release date) at the end of November.
Are pledges being shipped in a particular order?
No, all the pledge data was handed over to the warehouses at once and each warehouse fulfills orders in their own way. Some by complexity, some by distance, etc. There’s no way to predict where they are in the shipping order.
Why did I only receive half of my pledge?
Most pledges are being shipped in more than one box. Check the pack list and confirm the box contents are correct and then keep an eye on your email for your next shipping notification.
Why should I download the FedEx App?
Downloading the FedEx app is a great way to get insight into your approaching packages!
In the US the vast majority of the packages are being sent via FedEx. This means you’ll know what day the packages are showing up!
You can also change the address, or ask for it to be held at a local center if you are unable to be home the day they arrive. It’s the most convenient way to get all the details about your shipments!
I'm missing my art prints
No fear! Art prints are coming in their own package to prevent any damage. Check your packlist for your received package and as long as that pack list matches the box contents then your current box is complete.
