1. If you are paying over time, you will not be able to fill out the survey yet. This restriction is a limitation of BackerKit, so once your final payment is processed for paying over time, you will automatically receive an email to fill out the survey.
2. You are not being charged for shipping now. We don't know the full weights and sizes of the products, so we can't charge for shipping yet. Right before the products ship, we will send out an email to everyone asking them to finalize their shipping address and pay for shipping.
3. Don't worry if the survey asks you for your address, even if you are only getting digital products. If you are receiving a digital product, your address won't be used for anything. If you wish, you can simply put "N/A" in your address if you don't want to fill it out. However, if you are receiving even one physical product, do fill it out... otherwise we have no way to get your products to you!
4. For those affected by VAT, some have said their rates differ for book-only orders. Unfortunately, BackerKit doesn't allow us to mix rate types. Also, the vast majority of other items being shipped aren't books (in fact, there is only ONE book in the package), so everything else in most packages is affected by the standard VAT. The only way we can adjust the VAT collected is by manually providing you a credit to your account. Simply send us an email at [email protected] with the email address of your order, and we'll help you out with this.
5. If you put down $1 for the pre-order Death Dice but used a different email for your pre-order and BackerKit, let us know so we can add them to your pledge. Again, simply send us an email at [email protected] with your two emails, and we'll get the Death Dice added to your pledge right away.
6. If you ordered any Battlezoo or Shadowdark digital products, you will receive them once your order is charged (next week). All digital products will be released next week when we charge outstanding balances and lock down orders. If you don't have a balance, then you won't be charged anything. Instead, your order will simply be locked down, and your digital downloads will be unlocked.
7. If you ordered any physical Battlezoo or Shadowdark products, you can have them shipped early if you wish. The campaign will default to shipping anything extra you ordered with your Deathbringer products. However, if you wish to receive them early, send us an email at [email protected] and we can split ship them and send them out right away.

The Deathbringer Playtest Will Start Next Week

1. All orders will be locked, and outstanding balances will be charged next week. This is required for us to send out the instructions and digital download materials.
2. Once any outstanding charges have cleared, you'll receive instructions on how to join the playtest and sign the required non-disclosure agreement. Due to the sensitive nature of the playtest and number of materials we are sending out, we require all participants to sign an NDA in order to join. Don't worry, we have been doing this for years, and it's a very straightforward agreement. Basically you agree not to post, leak, or talk about anything you receive with anyone outside the playtest, and that's about it. The entire process is automated. There is a website you will be directed to which will allow you to complete the NDA, which will be emailed to you once complete.
3. After you sign the NDA, you'll be invited to a private Discord server; all aspects of the playtest will occur here. The Deathbringer Beta Test Private Discord Server will be available starting next Monday. Everything going forward will be performed on this server.
