Today we have two marvellous things for you. First of all, one of our artists, Zuzanna Wuzyk, will introduce themselves and their work! We also have the much anticipated next CYOA poll waiting…
Let’s hear it from Zuzanna!
My name is Zuzanna, and I'm a polish artist working in the TTRPG industry. I've created art for systems like D&D, Daggerheart, Draw Steel and many other fantastic projects over the last couple years. Fantasy art has been my favourite subject since forever, which my numerous decades-old dragon drawings can attest to! Whenever I'm not making art for clients you can always bet I'm busy drawing fanart for the latest video game I played.
Description of the sleeve art piece:
Working on the artwork for the Haven's Heir book sleeve has been an absolute treat (and I like to think I work on a lot of cool projects!). The art direction and the brief for this piece were capital-I Inspiring. I adore making art where I can push the stylization and focus on getting the feel and symbolism across rather than showcasing a realistic scene - and a warped labyrinth of texts and records is the best setting I could ask for. I knew from the get go I wanted to play with weird perspectives and unrealistic geometry in the scene, and figuring out how to put together all the little pieces was a delightful challenge!
My social media handles: I'm @zuzartii pretty much everywhere (Twitter, Instagram, BlueSky, Tumblr)
