EU
You guys are very nearly underway, the stock transfer to the NL warehouse is due to arrive any time within the next week. As soon as it does we'll be able to start getting orders out to y'all. It's been lovely to see y'alls patience here while we've been getting this sorted, any returning backers just know we've made changes and learned lessons to ensure this won't be happening to EU backers again!
USA
All of the address confirmations are now out to people and the warehouse has made a solid dent in the outgoing parcels! We've had plenty of reports of happy backers getting their boxes, books, and more! If you've had a address confirmation but haven't heard anything else don't worry, that's totally normal as the warehouse makes their way through the over 1000 American backers!
No major updates from me this week, mostly just that things are going ahead as planned. Hopefully I'll have a bit more of a substantial update in regards to EU fulfillment specifically next week! First of all, I'd like to apologise for the little bit of radio silence over the last 2 weeks, turns out international fulfilment can be a bit all consuming for a team of two. I've also been waiting to have more solid or exciting updates to present you guys with, but since its very nearly fulfilment end those bigger news pieces were getting further apart. I'll be popping out weekly updates from now until the fulfilment is complete, even if all I've got is "everything's going well!", just so you guys know our foot is on the pedal and things are moving.
Okay, moving onto actual shipping updates:
Aus/NZ, ROW, UK
You guys are done! Every one of your parcels has left the warehouses and is either with you or very close by now! If you're in any of these regions and haven't received any tracking information or parcels then drop me an email at [email protected]and I can chase this up! (When you do so just make sure you include any identifying information about your pledge!)
EU
The stock transfer to the Netherlands warehouse is underway, the goods are currently in transit. I should have a firm deadline for these by next Friday but rest assured, they were all labelled and such in the UK before heading out so there will be minimal turn around time between hitting the warehouse and getting out the door!
USA
Address confirmations are out, goods are beginning to be shipped out! Entire fulfilment for you guys will likely take a couple of weeks due to the sheer number of you vs the other regions but just know that US backers are now starting to get their backer rewards! As seems to be par for the course with US fulfilment a small amount of goods arrived damaged over there, so we're paying to get replacements sent over from the UK stock as we speak so as to avoid any delays. This won't affect anything on your guys end, but as always we want to keep you clued into the things we've had to deal with on the backend.

UK & ROW
You guys should have all your goods by now (or atleast have tracking info if they're taking a little bit to get to you!). We had confirmation that these orders all left the factory last week so if you are in this segment please do reach out if you haven't gotten your stuff or tracking info yet! (If you aren't sure if you count as ROW, basically if I don't mention your region specifically in the following sections then this is you!)
EU
You guys unfortunately suffered at the hands of a little bit of EU bureaucracy that we bumped up against trying to get the goods imported. That has been handled now and we're just in the process of relabelling the goods to make sure they're all in compliance with various laws and such! There should be more movement on this over the coming week so keep an eye out!
AUS & NZ
After a couple of delays things are moving ahead in the land down under! Address confirmation emails are starting to go out and then very quickly after that things will start getting sent! If you haven't had an address confirmation by midweek this week then chuck me an email over at [email protected] and I can look into it for you!
USA
By far our largest individual region and quite frustratingly our last one to make port! But have no fear, for the goods have arrived safely and made it to the warehouse. Our partners are just in the process of doing a big stock count and preparation before things start going out, but y'all should have address confirmations go out late this week or early next!
Thank you so much to the vast majority of you who have been incredibly patient and understanding regarding this, annoyingly Faerie has been in the odd position for a while where other than the odd minor hiccup we can't actually make things move any quicker: waiting for things to cross oceans, waiting for warehouses to count thousands of goods, waiting for emails to go out, etc! But thankfully we're fast approaching the end and it's been a joy to see those of you that have gotten your hands on Faerie and loved it!
Overall, we're getting close to our final update here on this campaign page where me and Conor will likely do a big 'ole emotional goodbye but genuinely, thank you all!

First of all I wanted to give people a bit of a heads up: The Celtic D20 can sometimes be a little bit lost amongst the packing material, so if you're expecting one of these just make sure you thoroughly check all of the packing material before you throw it out!
Also regarding our other shipping regions, I've had confirmation on a couple of bits today: If you're in Australia or New Zealand you should be receiving your address confirmation emails by the end of this week which means parcels will be on their way to you very shortly after that. If you have to change your address there make sure you do so promptly!
If you are in the US: Your goods have hit port! This means it should only be a week or so before we're ready to start sending out emails to you guys. I'll have a little bit more of a firm deadline to you guys in an update I send out next week but the goods have finally disembarked the boat!
We've had of people starting to receive their bits and pieces over in the discordso if you're expecting a parcel we'd love for you to hop in and share your newly unboxed tome and goodies!

(Central America and Canadian products are coming from our UK warehouse) We'll be keeping you guys updated on that as it goes through the motions but hopefully we'll be here with good news soonish!

You may find yourself at this point in the update wondering what this actually means and honestly... that's fair! GamesQuest typically give a couple days to allow you guys to make any adjustments to addresses and such before starting to send shipments out but the long and short of it is that depending on location, some backers could have their stuff as early as next week! (Before you come knocking my door down next Sunday if you don't have yours, just be aware that it may have to cross another ocean to get to you!)
Obviously we're so damn excited for you guys to get your hands on these, when they start to arrive we want to see the Faerie bits and bobs in situ, at tables, on bookshelves, in forbidden forests, wherever you can haul them! Feel free to chuck those pictures over in the Faerie channel of our Discord!
One last little bit of housekeeping, now we have stock in warehouses we can start looking at E-Store integration, digital only backers who think those dice just look really cool? Watch this space.

I arrive today with fantastic news, physical goods are leaving port and making their way to you all. We are beyond grateful to everyone who has been waiting patiently to get their hands on the book, that wait is nearly over! I’ll go into more detail on everything that's been happening at the end of this update for those interested, but the most important thing is that the book, boxes and more are now out of our manufacturer's hands and packaged up somewhere sailing across the ocean.
We are working on getting a tracking link for the goods as they travel across the various oceans towards the distribution centres. As soon as we have one we will post it in the comments of this update as well as including it in our next update.
A New Witch Coven
As a little thank you for your continued patience and support during all of this chaos, We will be sending you all the playtest document for an entirely new coven for the Witch; The Coven of the Spheres. This is the subclass that will be featuring in our latest setting Lodestar, but it’s been designed to work in any setting (including Faerie). So check your emails, the PDF with the coven should arrive in there shortly.
The Long Version of Things
As we, and many others, have discussed before, there are some very powerful people putting the world through a period of incredible instability at the moment. That’s had a lot of impact globally, the vast majority of which has been far more grave and important than what we do here at the Vault. But nonetheless, like many others we have been at the whim of this instability in one form or another for the better part of a year now. From tariffs, to closed shipping lanes, to mass freight cost disruption and more. We’ve done our best to weather the chaos, but it’s been a tough row to hoe. When the tariffs landed we chose to wait out the storm, which did prove the right move but then landed our shipping window right at the dawn of another war and mass disruption. Regardless, its resolved now and the goods are on there way!
There is good news to come of all this still. Firstly, we’ve changed distribution partners and established far more concrete connections and timelines. Which means going forward, World War III notwithstanding, we will be in a far better place to handle these sorts of problems. Secondly, now that goods have left port and are making their way to you all, we hope to have seen the last of any real issues.
The next time you hear from me it will be to announce that shipping notifications and tracking will be going out, so keep an ear to the ground until then!
The 4 on the d10 die is mirrored and the 2 is quite hard to understand (tho that's just a font issue). Overall I'm quite happy with them to. Sharp caltrops indeed.
As for the high quality main book it's gorgeous but there are a couple of type o's found just by glancing through it. Minor but worth mentioning. An example is the Piskie description which has Ppskie in the last sentence, which I honestly find thematic. In fact I'd go so far as to say one has likely caused all of these things as they squarely fall under the umbrella of "minor chaos with no malintent" lol.
Will there be an errata released at some point?
