Hail and well met wanderers!

I approach you one last time, to give you one final update, a farewell and an update on where to find us next!

First of all, fulfillment for Faerie is completely done, everyone has received their packages and customer service issues are being handled by GamesQuest! It's been a bit of a bumpy ride but those tokens, tomes and.. tmaps.. made their way across the various oceans, borders, and through levels of bureaucracy hitherto unknown. Me and Conor would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your patience and understanding throughout this whole process. Hopefully the world won't decide to turn itself on its head the next time we try and ship a project!

But seriously, Faerie was our second project and without the support of every single one of you we wouldn't have the chance to continue doing the greatest job in the world. From our first fully custom class the Witch, to the wholly original fealty system, Faerie is full to the gills with new and strange mechanics that YOU helped us playtest. We built the world of Faerie for a genuine love and adoration of the Folklore that we grew up with, something that can often be overlooked or mistreated by the media we consume and it was inspiring to see just how many people loved Faerie for just that reason but also how many people found the folklore through Faerie! Hopefully we've created a whole little community that will appreciate the true madness that is British folklore.   

Just as a little bit of housekeeping before we sign off and leave you with a little bit of a teaser for what's to come, as of this update going out the Faerie Backerkit page won't be regularly monitored, this includes both community posts and comments. Okay, right! What's next for the Dragon's Vault? While we are in the process of finalizing digital fulfillment for Lodestar (our Treasure Planet inspired space swashbuckler setting), we can safely announce our next project:

That's right, we're going back to the Several Seas of Tempest! With new art, subclasses, lore and a fully updated ship system all bundled with a gorgeous collectors edition for the first time ever! Getting to go back to Tempest has been a real joy so far and we'd love for y'all to hop onto the campaign! It'll follow our standard updated project model with returning backer rewards, a free d20 for early bird backers, and Tempest available in Collectors Edition for the first time! Okay, one overarching issue that we're gonna be going over today.
We are aware that some of your books are arriving a little dinged up. We are getting to the bottom of why this is happening other than rough and ready couriers. The primary thing for y'all to know about this is to email your specific fulfillment partner! This may be Quartermaster Logistics for US guys, Lets Play Games for AUS and GamesQuest for EU stuff. They will be the best ones to organize and investigate any particular solutions to these. Obviously in general this is extremely frustrating for us too but we are doing what we can to get to the bottom of this! 

As for specific regions:

You guys are still underway, we're most of the way there for you guys but still not totally finished yet. If you haven't had your tracking info yet, don't panic! Quartermaster are working their way through very diligently and cranking out deliveries so hopefully in the next week or two y'all should be all wrapped up!

Guys, I have an EU update! Finally your goods have made landing in the distant dutch lands and the warehouses are starting to send them out. We've had confirmation that they began deliveries this week and will be continuing over the next week so keep an eye out!

That means that every individual region is now at least beginning to receive deliveries, the end is in sight and y'all will have your stuff soon! As always I'm incredibly thankful for your patience and understanding and hopefully it will be worth the wait when you finally get your hands on it!
Just as a reminder: If you have received damaged goods, missing goods in your delivery or some other such actual delivery issue reach out to your fulfillment house! They are the most equipped to handle your request. (If they don't get back to you, feel free to chuck us an email at [email protected] and we can chase it up for you!)

I'll be back next week hopefully just to confirm things are close to finishing, but in the mean time: I hope y'all are enjoying Faerie and doing well as the weather begins to turn colder.

Hey guys!

Back again this week just to let y'all know where things are with distribution. Going forward after last weeks update I wont be going out of my way to mention UK, AUS, and ROW since those should all be done at this point! If you haven't heard from your local distributor yet as always chuck me an email at [email protected] and I can chase those up for ya! Just make sure you're checking spam folders etc. We've had a few backers email this week claiming they haven't received emails only for them to show up in a spam folder.

You guys are very nearly underway, the stock transfer to the NL warehouse is due to arrive any time within the next week. As soon as it does we'll be able to start getting orders out to y'all. It's been lovely to see y'alls patience here while we've been getting this sorted, any returning backers just know we've made changes and learned lessons to ensure this won't be happening to EU backers again!

All of the address confirmations are now out to people and the warehouse has made a solid dent in the outgoing parcels! We've had plenty of reports of happy backers getting their boxes, books, and more! If you've had a address confirmation but haven't heard anything else don't worry, that's totally normal as the warehouse makes their way through the over 1000 American backers!

No major updates from me this week, mostly just that things are going ahead as planned. Hopefully I'll have a bit more of a substantial update in regards to EU fulfillment specifically next week! Hail Wanderers!

First of all, I'd like to apologise for the little bit of radio silence over the last 2 weeks, turns out international fulfilment can be a bit all consuming for a team of two. I've also been waiting to have more solid or exciting updates to present you guys with, but since its very nearly fulfilment end those bigger news pieces were getting further apart. I'll be popping out weekly updates from now until the fulfilment is complete, even if all I've got is "everything's going well!", just so you guys know our foot is on the pedal and things are moving.

Okay, moving onto actual shipping updates:

You guys are done! Every one of your parcels has left the warehouses and is either with you or very close by now! If you're in any of these regions and haven't received any tracking information or parcels then drop me an email at [email protected] and I can chase this up! (When you do so just make sure you include any identifying information about your pledge!) 

The stock transfer to the Netherlands warehouse is underway, the goods are currently in transit. I should have a firm deadline for these by next Friday but rest assured, they were all labelled and such in the UK before heading out so there will be minimal turn around time between hitting the warehouse and getting out the door!

Address confirmations are out, goods are beginning to be shipped out! Entire fulfilment for you guys will likely take a couple of weeks due to the sheer number of you vs the other regions but just know that US backers are now starting to get their backer rewards! As seems to be par for the course with US fulfilment a small amount of goods arrived damaged over there, so we're paying to get replacements sent over from the UK stock as we speak so as to avoid any delays. This won't affect anything on your guys end, but as always we want to keep you clued into the things we've had to deal with on the backend.

Hey guys!

Bit of a comprehensive update from me today regarding specific shipping regions and where we're at with each of them. Make sure you check your specific section to get the most recent info before emailing or messaging!

You guys should have all your goods by now (or atleast have tracking info if they're taking a little bit to get to you!). We had confirmation that these orders all left the factory last week so if you are in this segment please do reach out if you haven't gotten your stuff or tracking info yet! (If you aren't sure if you count as ROW, basically if I don't mention your region specifically in the following sections then this is you!)

You guys unfortunately suffered at the hands of a little bit of EU bureaucracy that we bumped up against trying to get the goods imported. That has been handled now and we're just in the process of relabelling the goods to make sure they're all in compliance with various laws and such! There should be more movement on this over the coming week so keep an eye out!

After a couple of delays things are moving ahead in the land down under! Address confirmation emails are starting to go out and then very quickly after that things will start getting sent! If you haven't had an address confirmation by midweek this week then chuck me an email over at [email protected] and I can look into it for you!

By far our largest individual region and quite frustratingly our last one to make port! But have no fear, for the goods have arrived safely and made it to the warehouse. Our partners are just in the process of doing a big stock count and preparation before things start going out, but y'all should have address confirmations go out late this week or early next!

Thank you so much to the vast majority of you who have been incredibly patient and understanding regarding this, annoyingly Faerie has been in the odd position for a while where other than the odd minor hiccup we can't actually make things move any quicker: waiting for things to cross oceans, waiting for warehouses to count thousands of goods, waiting for emails to go out, etc! But thankfully we're fast approaching the end and it's been a joy to see those of you that have gotten your hands on Faerie and loved it!

Overall, we're getting close to our final update here on this campaign page where me and Conor will likely do a big 'ole emotional goodbye but genuinely, thank you all!
