A few lucky backers should have already received their smoke test surveys - thank you guys for getting those in promptly! We're working to make sure everything is set up behind the scenes before opening the floodgates properly. Speaking of which...
âģ The Timeline Ahead
Since this campaign is ready-to-ship and all the merch is already made, we're gonna be moving a bit quicker than a typical crowdfunding project! The key dates are as follows:
If it hasn't already, expect your card to be charged in the coming couple of weeks! It could take Backerkit a moment to process your order.
Surveys will be sentfirst week of August! Here you'll be able to confirm your shipping address and grab any last-minute add-ons.
Surveys are due August 25th at the absolute latest!
Rewards will be delivered between late August and early September!
Once your survey is filled out, you should be good to go! There will be a two-day grace period after the due date where you'll be able to change your shipping address if you need to but we're hoping for a fast turnaround on delivery.
As a reminder, you must have your survey filled out and your card information accurate for me to get your rewards to you! Check out the Backerkit Help Article on fixing errored cards if yours isn't going through.
