Hi everyone! Sorry for the delay on getting another update out- I'm usually a stickler for having substance to posts and there's not too much to update.
For the most part, the majority of card issues and missing surveys have been resolved :) reminders for surveys (there's like a handful of unanswered)- are still being sent out weekly. Retries for card charges are done in a similar timeline. Everything has been ordered or is already in production or nearly complete/making way across the ocean to the fulfillment team. I appreciate y'all's patience and excitement! Everything is still on schedule and I'll be sure to update should there be any delays (global-political issues are concerning but so far there's not been notice that would cause any major delays). Some of you guys saw me at Otakon :D I super appreciate extra support and I was so happy to see you all excited for this bag to finally be here!
I think one thing I can add for "substance" or really just for fun- I have a very specific format for production files and here's the guide I put together for the Untitled pin!
I believe there's a lot of artists that are getting this bag so maybe seeing the behind the scenes on this could be helpful! In the above, I intend to define every detail of the process but one written detail that is missing is "hard enamel process" so I tend to specify that in communications. But some key details are the measurements, quantity, pantone colors, and clutch type. I make separate sections for special processes and the rightmost shows the metal "mold" outline. This typically gives a very clear layer-process of how the pin should be made and visually communicates what parts are what.
Unsure how interesting this is to most people but I figured I'd share just in case anyone finds it helpful! or just neat!
