Hello backers, I have another update for you all: the pins have arrived and I am in the process of grading them. There are a lot of pins so it may take me a bit to get through all of them. I will send another update with photos once all the pins are graded. You can find my pin grading policy in my About Page/FAQ.

For now, I've posted videos on Instagram, TikTok, and Tumblr showing the pins in action.

While you're waiting, now is a great time to review your survey to make sure your address and payment information is correct. If you lost your survey, you can recover it here.

Hello backers, I got news from the manufacturer that the pins are ready to ship to me! And you can find a few more pin production photos in the backers-only section below. 

It should take 1-2 weeks for the pins to reach me once they ship, assuming there's no shipping delays. After that it'll be another 1-2 weeks while I grade the pins. So ETA for the pins to get to you all is November at the latest. 

Once I have the pins graded, I will send an update with all the pin photos, and surveys will be unlocked for 48 hours if you’d like to make any last-minute changes to your selections. Just a reminder: if you change your selections at this time, and there are an insufficient number of pins to cover your new selections, you may have to select a different design or receive a seconds-grade pin. Pin grading entails sorting the pins as standard (one or two minor flaws) or seconds (more noticeable flaws). You can find my pin grading policy in my About Page/FAQ. If there are serious issues with any of the batches I will let you all know.

I also wanted to share that my new campaign Eldritch Pantheon is launching next week on October 20. This campaign features designs inspired by Greek and Egyptian mythology. You can suggest and vote on a community pin design on the pre-launch page. Eldritch Pantheon is partnered with Animals in Fall - Enamel pins Collection, if you pledge to both campaigns you'll receive exclusive freebies. Animals in Fall is part of this year's Pintober event, if you're interested in even more autumn or Halloween pins, check out the rest of the Pintober campaigns! 

I wanted to give you all assurance that I am committed to fulfilling Forgotten Fables first and foremost. Usually I like to completely wrap up one campaign before launching another but the Forgotten Fables production has been slower than expected so there is a little overlap. I anticipate Forgotten Fables to overlap only with the funding stage of Eldritch Pantheon, so it should not conflict with fulfillment. If you've pledged to previous campaigns, you'll know this sort of overlap has happened before but hasn't caused any issues. 

If the Eldritch Pantheon campaign sounds interesting to you I hope you'll consider pledging. But I understand if you prefer to wait for this campaign's pins first before pledging. If you miss the Eldritch Pantheon campaign, just like with Forgotten Fables there will be a post-campaign preorder store. If you have any questions or concerns you can leave them in the comments. Hello backers, if you missed it, please check out the previous update regarding the Time Go Fishing pin. Gold plating won the poll, so production will continue as planned - thank you to everyone who voted!

If gold isn't for you, you can remove the pin from your survey or cancel your preorder anytime before items ship. 

Since there was sufficient interest in black nickel, I will offer that version in my next campaign - so don't worry about missing out. If you have trouble editing your order or canceling your preorder, reach out via the Support link. 

To pad out this update a bit more, I thought I'd also share a bit about my future plans and some art I have for them!

Eldritch Pantheon is my next campaign and will be in the spirit of my previous Eldritch Saints campaigns, and feature my own take on ancient Greek and Egyptian deities (and some more PHM and Iron Lung pins). I hope to launch this campaign in October 2026, and will be completing and sharing the designs as part of Angeltober. If you visit the pre-launch page you can vote on elements of a community pin design that will be added to the campaign.

The Drowned Choir will feature angelic and eldritch mermaids, as well as reprints of a few ocean-themed pins. I'm planning to launch this campaign as part of Mermay Makers Market next year in May 2027. If you visit the pre-launch page you can suggest and vote on mermaid ideas.
 

And if you're a pin creator or artist looking to join a Mermay-themed collection feel free to reach out via Backerkit or apply at this link! The collection will feature not just mermaids but ocean, monster, and mythology-themed projects as well. I'm especially hoping to get some zine or artbook projects funded.

Pride Angels II will revisit the Pride Angels pins with recolors and some new designs, I hope to launch it in June 2027. You can vote on flags, designs, etc. to add to the campaign on the pre-launch page. The previous Pride Angels campaign had maybe too many items, so I'm trying to keep Pride Angels II manageable while still providing a decent range of flags - I'm open to input on which flags or designs you'd all like to see!

Monster Lookbook: Themed Monster Enamel Pins II will launch sometime after Pride Angels II, launch date TBD. It will feature monsters themed in different aesthetics including Art Nouveau, Steampunk, Renaissance, Goth, Punk, and Atompunk. Just like with the previous Themed Monster campaign and Eldritch Pantheon, you can visit the pre-launch page to vote on themes and more for a community design. 

And finally, I would like to take another stab at plushies! Marginalia Menagerie: Medieval Monster Pins and Plushies will feature plushies and pins themed after medieval marginalia creatures. Launch date TBD, if you have a favorite medieval illustration you'd like to see turned into a pin or plush, you can suggest it on the pre-launch page.

Hello backers, I have an urgent update for you all: the Project Hail Mary - Time Go Fishing Pin was made with gold plating instead of black nickel plating as indicated in the mockup. Photos are below, next to the original mockup for comparison.

I'm sorry for the mix-up. I could remake the pin, but the cost is high because of its complexity and quantity, and it would further delay all the pins to remake this pin (by at least a month but possibly up to two months). So I'd like your input in the poll below, open for the next 48 hours:

If the majority is okay with gold plating I will proceed with the gold version. But if you'd rather not receive the gold version, you can remove it from your survey before shipping - orders for this pin have not been charged yet so there's no refunds to process. Preorder customers can also cancel before shipping. If you have your heart set on black nickel plating, I may offer a black nickel version in a future campaign, but I can't guarantee it will be funded.
