Now that the smoke has cleared, here is the timeline for the next few weeks:

1. Payment Processing (Next 48 Hours) BackerKit will begin charging the credit cards on file for your pledge amount. Please keep an eye on your inbox; if there is an issue with your payment (e.g., an expired card), you will receive a notification to update your information. You’ll have a short window to resolve any "errored" pledges to ensure your rewards stay locked in!

2. The Pledge Manager & Surveys (March 26th) We will be using BackerKit’s Pledge Manager to finalize everyone’s orders. You can expect to receive your Backer Survey on March 26th. In that survey, you will have the opportunity to:

3. Shipping & Taxes (Collected Later this Summer) As a reminder, shipping and taxes are not included in your pledge today. These will be calculated and collected via the survey system later this summer once we have finalized the weights and carrier rates. This allows us to provide the most accurate and fair pricing for every region.
