Doesn't seem like I had the cards removed from my pledges, but that doesn't change the fact that I think this was handled very poorly. The right way to handle this, would have been to apologize, acknowledge a mistake..PRINT more cards, and then let some people know that you're very sorry, but it will take some extra time to get them their cards but you'll make sure it happens. Th3 fact that there was an error and this level of mistake happened isnt on us the backer, its on you the seller and should have been made 100% right...not just 'oops sorry, here's something you maybe dont even want or care about instead of the thing you really really wanted. Our bad'. Bad form folks, bad form.
