April 2026 - Project Update: Phase 1 Domestic Shipping & What's Next
What's Shipping Now (Phase 1)
Phase 1 US domestic shipping is currently being processed by our fulfillment partner.

If you received your package and something seems off or missing - please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can address this. There are a few missing components or incorrect component messages we have gotten along the way - these will be addressed as soon as we receive our replacement/extra components. But if you have one of these concerns, let us know right away via email.  

This includes:
  • Magic Socks expansion
  • Theme packs (Cuddles, Cryptids, Dinos)
  • Upgraded components (wooden bowls, yarn tokens, playmats)
  • ArchRavels Base Game (if you ordered one)

If you ordered any combination of the above and are located in the US, your package is either on its way or will be shipping soon. Orders are going out in batches, so if yours hasn't shipped yet, it's coming. We did have to send more copies of the ArchRavels Base Game to fulfillment, so if your order includes the Base Game and it has not shipped yet, that is why. We expect that they will arrive with them this week.

International shipping details will be coming in a future update - We're going to be hand-picking, packing, & shipping these due to the volume & volatility of international shipping. 


What's Coming Later (Phase 2)
As previously mentioned, we split the fulfillment of this campaign into 2 phases. The 2nd phase will ship later this year and will include items that were not covered in Phase 1. 

These items are not in your Phase 1 package — they're still in production:
  • Rivals! (mini expansion)
  • Award Season (mini expansion)
  • Gametrayz Card sleeves & Sample packs

Both Rivals! & Award Season have been submitted to our manufacturer and are moving through proofing now. We are also waiting to receive the Gametrayz materials. We're targeting later this year for Phase 2 shipments. We'll share a more specific window once we're through proofing and into production.

Phase 2 will ship separately at no additional shipping cost to you. You will not be charged again for shipping.


A Note on Tracking
Tracking emails are being sent as orders ship, but some of you may have received your package before getting a tracking notification — or not received one at all. Orders are going out in batches and tracking numbers follow as they're processed.

If you haven't received your package and don't have a tracking number, email us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.

What's Next

  • International shipping details coming in a future update - We are going to be hand-picking, packing, and shipping these due to the volatility of international shipping.

Orders Shipping (Starting March 25th!)
Hi All,

Shipping has been charged for all domestic orders and that money has been paid to our fulfiller, things are officially in motion!

Our fulfillment partner will begin shipping orders out as soon as Wednesday. Tracking numbers will go out in batches as pledges are processed, so if yours doesn't show up right away, don't panic, it's on its way.

Our next update will come when we have international orders sorted out.

Cards Being Charged for Shipping March 4th
Hi Crafters,

We've been hearing from a lot of you with questions about updating payment and shipping information.

We want to make sure everyone has time to get squared away, so cards won't be charged until Thursday, March 5th.

REMINDER: This is for Wave 1 Shipping to US DOMESTIC backers only. If you are waiting for Wave 2 items, those are not part of this phase.

If you need to update your payment information before then, you should be able to do so directly in BackerKit on the review page of your survey. If you run into any issues, we've spoken to BackerKit support and they are ready to help, just reach out to them here: https://archravels-magic-socks.backerkit.com/faq#contact-us

Once charges go through, pledges will start going out shortly after.  

There are also a few folks who have reached out to update their addresses, we will take care of those backers as well to make sure everyone gets their stuff.

Shipping Costs Uploaded
Hi Crafters,

*DOMESTIC* Shipping quotes are done and uploaded. You can log into the pledge manager now and see exactly what your shipping charge will be, it'll be billed to the card you have on file in BackerKit, so make sure your payment information is up to date.

International shipping information is still being processed and will be handled separately from domestic orders.

Cards will be charged Friday February 27th, you will get an email notification a couple of days before. 

Once charges go through, tracking numbers will start going out in batches as we process and send pledges. If yours doesn't show up right away, don't panic, it's on its way.

Address Updates: How to update your address
Hi Everyone,

Good news, the address update process is here, and it's simple!

As promised, we now have a way for you to get your updated address on file. All you need to do is fill out the Google Form linked below, and we'll make sure your pledge ships to the right place.

A few important things to keep in mind:

You'll have one week from today to submit your update. After that, we'll be moving into shipping mode and won't be able to make changes, so please don't wait!

This form is for US-based backers only. If you're an international backer, please email us directly at info@xyzgamelabs with a subject line starting with "international address change" and we'll get you sorted.

As always, we appreciate your patience through this process. You're almost there!

The box for Magic Socks says" ArchRavels Magic Socks components are designed to fit in that base game box." How are we packing this into the box? Maybe it's just me, but I'm really not seeing how it's all going to incorporate nicely into my deluxe copy from the original Kickstarter campaign?
