Phase 1 US domestic shipping is currently being processed by our fulfillment partner.
If you received your package and something seems off or missing - please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can address this. There are a few missing components or incorrect component messages we have gotten along the way - these will be addressed as soon as we receive our replacement/extra components. But if you have one of these concerns, let us know right away via email.
This includes:
- Magic Socks expansion
- Theme packs (Cuddles, Cryptids, Dinos)
- Upgraded components (wooden bowls, yarn tokens, playmats)
- ArchRavels Base Game (if you ordered one)
If you ordered any combination of the above and are located in the US, your package is either on its way or will be shipping soon. Orders are going out in batches, so if yours hasn't shipped yet, it's coming. We did have to send more copies of the ArchRavels Base Game to fulfillment, so if your order includes the Base Game and it has not shipped yet, that is why. We expect that they will arrive with them this week.
International shipping details will be coming in a future update - We're going to be hand-picking, packing, & shipping these due to the volume & volatility of international shipping.

Shipping has been charged for all domestic orders and that money has been paid to our fulfiller, things are officially in motion!
Our fulfillment partner will begin shipping orders out as soon as Wednesday. Tracking numbers will go out in batches as pledges are processed, so if yours doesn't show up right away, don't panic, it's on its way.
Our next update will come when we have international orders sorted out.

We've been hearing from a lot of you with questions about updating payment and shipping information.
We want to make sure everyone has time to get squared away, so cards won't be charged until Thursday, March 5th.
REMINDER: This is for Wave 1 Shipping to US DOMESTIC backers only. If you are waiting for Wave 2 items, those are not part of this phase.
Once charges go through, pledges will start going out shortly after.
There are also a few folks who have reached out to update their addresses, we will take care of those backers as well to make sure everyone gets their stuff.

Cards will be charged Friday February 27th, you will get an email notification a couple of days before.

Good news, the address update process is here, and it's simple!
As promised, we now have a way for you to get your updated address on file. All you need to do is fill out the Google Form linked below, and we'll make sure your pledge ships to the right place.
A few important things to keep in mind:
You'll have one week from today to submit your update. After that, we'll be moving into shipping mode and won't be able to make changes, so please don't wait!
This form is for US-based backers only. If you're an international backer, please email us directly at info@xyzgamelabs with a subject line starting with "international address change" and we'll get you sorted.
As always, we appreciate your patience through this process. You're almost there!

The box for Magic Socks says" ArchRavels Magic Socks components are designed to fit in that base game box." How are we packing this into the box? Maybe it's just me, but I'm really not seeing how it's all going to incorporate nicely into my deluxe copy from the original Kickstarter campaign?
