How to Pledge
This is a crowdfunding campaign, which means that it only succeeds if we reach our minimum funding goal. If we reach that goal before the campaign ends, everyone's cards get charged and we get ready to ship your rewards! If we don't reach the goal, no cards are charged and the orders are cancelled.

In order to make receiving these bundles even easier for recipients, we are including the cost of shipping in the reward! This means that recipients of the scholarships won't owe any additional funds in the surveys.

Sponsor a scholarship when you select add-ons. Sponsorships are available in $10 increments, with every $40 raised sponsoring the full cost of fulfilling and shipping the Fan Scholarship Rewards to the recipient.

As has become our tradition, we are once again offering fan scholarships to fund rewards for fans experiencing economic hardship. Time are tough for many of us and we're excited to help everyone receive something nice during this holiday season.

International backers may owe duties/VAT/GST on your packages when they arrive. For most countries with import fees we will charge duties in BackerKit along with shipping fees, so you don't have to pay more for your package when it arrives. Note that countries including Norway, South Africa, and India charge particularly large import fees, which we are unable to waive.
Tariffs – All items are currently in the USA, so we don't need to worry about additional tariffs for US residents. Our in-stock items are manufactured in Canada, the USA, the UK, and China.
Shipping & Fulfillment
When the campaign is over, and once funds are collected and disbursed to us (this can take up to two weeks), we move quickly through a few stages to get your rewards to you.
- CAMPAIGN SURVEYS – This is where you'll confirm your order, add anything you missed, provide your address, and pay for shipping. Yes, we charge shipping after the campaign. It's so much easier and fairer for everyone that way. Shipping is expensive, especially in December, especially for international packages. We're hoping to get everything into your hands by December 25th, but that means you'll have to complete surveys QUICKLY, and that we can't guarantee delivery by then. Any survey stragglers will ship in the new year.
- LOCK ADDRESSES – We'll give 48-hour notice when we lock addresses. Once it's locked, it's locked.
- SHIPPING – We'll be fulfilling out of two warehouses, one in Los Angeles and one in Seattle. Grandmaster and Art of Grandmaster come from Los Angeles, everything else from Seattle. If you order products from both locations we'll have to charge for shipping from both locations. (We're just wrapping up fulfillment on Grandmaster and all of the books are still in L.A.)

Backers of prior Zombie Orpheus projects are likely aware that fulfillment of JourneyQuest Season Four remains an ongoing process, as that production continues to dig out from pandemic-related delays throughout the production process. We appreciate your understanding as we engage in campaigns and projects like this one, which help keep the lights on while the JQ4 team continues their work.
