Project Update: The Pledge Manager and the Late Pledge pre-order store are open!

Hello Survivors,
The Smoke Test went smoothly, so we're ready to open the Pledge Manager to everyone.
If you've never used it before, I created a video tutorial to walk you through it (click here to watch it).
REMINDER: WHAT IS THE PLEDGE MANAGER?
We need to confirm the following in order to complete your crowdfunding order:
- In which language do you want your rewards in?
- Where should we ship them (we need your address also for digital rewards, tax reasons, don’t ask)
- What Add-Ons, if any, do you want? You will need to confirm your campaign choices, add new ones, or select different ones.
The Pledge Manager surveys will be locked sometime in Spring, we’ll confirm when.
VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:
- If the survey is not completed by the time shipping begins, you will not receive your rewards. GET ON IT RIGHT AWAY (people forgetting about it is a frequent issue).
- If some fees remain unpaid by the lock down date, your pledge will be converted to digital, and the remainder of your payment will be converted into credit to spend on the Pledge Manager (see FAQ).
- You will be able to change your shipping address until the order is almost ready to ship.
- Even for existing books, PDF rewards will be delivered after the survey is closed.
- Payment is instantaneous if you use PayPal. Cards will be charged at a later date (we’ll tell you when).
HOW DO I ACCESS THE PLEDGE MANAGER?
You should have received an email with a link to your own survey. If you didn’t:
- Check the SPAM folder or
- Access it from here: https://dead-air-seasons.backerkit.com
BEFORE YOU START
- If you have the right to a free copy of The Daughter of the Blight, please double-check that you were assigned a copy in the right language (presumably English). I assigned them manually and I had to make some assumptions. Contact us if you are unsure whether you have the right to one.
- If your package is particularly heavy (over 5kg) or you live in a remote location, you will see 999€ for shipping. That is not a real figure, but I need to figure out how much it would cost to ship the parcel to you. Please contact me and we will resolve the issue. Please keep in mind that, as stated in the campaign, there are some countries where we will not ship no matter what.

THE LATE PLEDGE IS OPEN!
Here's some good news if you missed the campaign, canceled your pledge but changed your mind, or know anyone who wants Dead Air: Seasons. The store for Late Pledge Pre-orders is now open!

This preorder store will remain open until the books are printed. Current prices are frequently lower than those that will be available at retail. Please keep in mind that currently we do not have distribution outside of Italy, so some of these items may never be available in stores.

Lo Smoke Test si è svolto senza problemi, quindi siamo pronti ad aprire il Pledge Manager a tutti.
Se non l'avete mai usato prima, ho creato un video tutorial in italiano per guidarvi (cliccate qui per vederlo).
COS'È IL PLEDGE MANAGER?
Per completare il vostro ordine crowdfunding dobbiamo confermare quanto segue:
- In quale lingua volete le ricompense?
- Dove dobbiamo spedirle (abbiamo bisogno del vostro indirizzo anche per le ricompense digitali, per motivi fiscali, don’t ask).
- Quali sono gli eventuali Add-On che desiderate? Dovrete confermare le scelte fatte in campagna, o selezionarne degli Add-On diversi.
I sondaggi del Pledge Manager saranno finalizzati (locked, in gergo tecnico) in primavera, vi confermeremo quando.
MOLTO IMPORTANTE, LEGGETE:
- Se il sondaggio non viene completato entro l'inizio della spedizione, non riceverete le ricompense. FATELO SUBITO (sennò poi ve ne dimenticate).
- Se alcune spese non sono state pagate entro la data di lock dei sondaggi, il vostro pledge sarà convertito in pledge digitale e il resto del pagamento sarà convertito in credito da spendere nel Pledge Manager (si veda la FAQ).
- Sarà possibile modificare l'indirizzo di spedizione finché l'ordine non sarà quasi pronto per essere spedito.
- Anche per i libri esistenti, le ricompense in PDF saranno consegnate dopo il lock del sondaggio.
- Il pagamento è immediato se si utilizza PayPal. Le carte di credito saranno addebitate in un secondo momento (vi diremo quando).
COME SI ACCEDE AL PLEDGE MANAGER?
Dovreste aver ricevuto un'e-mail con un link al vostro sondaggio. In caso contrario:
- Controllate la cartella SPAM o
- Accedete da qui: https://dead-air-seasons.backerkit.com
PRIMA DI INIZIARE
- Se avete diritto a una copia gratuita di La Figlia della Piaga (The Daughter of the Blight), controllate che vi sia stata assegnata una copia nella lingua giusta (presumibilmente italiano). Le ho assegnate manualmente e ho dovuto fare delle supposizioni. Contattatemi se non siete sicuri di averne diritto.
