Pathfinder Quest is a cooperative adventure board game for 1–4 players. Build your character(s) from the ground up by choosing their ancestry, class, and ability cards—or dive right in and play a prebuilt iconic hero! From character creation to combat challenges and exploration, each player’s actions matter, with choices that ripple throughout the entire multisession campaign.
Designed to bridge the gap between quick, randomized dungeon crawlers and sprawling, prep-heavy delves, Pathfinder Quest offers a full campaign of 12 possible adventures, each lasting approximately 2 hours. Pathfinder Quest: Endless Adventure Novice Challenge (Unlocked at $425K)
Do you have what it takes to face everything Pathfinder Quest throws at you? Endless Adventure puts you and your party to the test with a series of randomized encounters. You and your fellow heroes face off against a series of challenging fights, using the components of Pathfinder Quest in randomized new ways for a different adventure every time, adding endless adventure to the game!
The Pathfinder Quest: Endless Adventure PDF companion includes new statistics for several Quest enemies, new map-based combats and challenges, and adventure templates to amp up the difficulty. Characters in the novice challenge are 1st level, and you can play using the characters from your campaign or create entirely new adventuring parties!
After creating four unique characters with just a few simple choices, you’ll use the Adventure Book to explore the town of Falcon’s Hollow, along with its nearby wilderness and foreboding ruins, undertaking challenges and making choices that determine the course of your group’s story. Using your characters’ skills and other abilities, you’ll roll Quest Dice to determine the outcome of your effort and refer to the secretive Challenge Book to learn your fate!
But that’s not all. Fearsome foes wait around every corner, some looking for an easy meal, others bent on your destruction! During combat, each character can take three actions to make the best use of their special feats, spells, and equipment! But beware—your enemies will put up a fight, using a preset list of actions that guide them throughout combat, as well as randomly activated special abilities! Through the clever use of combat challenges and tactical use of your characters’ unique strengths, you can overcome any obstacle this game has to offer!
You’ll level up after completing each adventure, gaining new spells, feats, and other abilities that allow you to face even more dangerous foes. You might also uncover amazing magical treasure! There’s always a new discovery waiting around the corner in Pathfinder Quest!
Pathfinder Quest is available in Standard and Deluxe Edition formats. The Deluxe Edition is only available via this BackerKit and will not be sold in bookstores or local game shops outside the retailer tiers in this campaign.
