Project Update: All orders shipped and upcoming holiday market
Hi friends,
All orders have been shipped out, with the exception of the few that have card errors. If this is you, BackerKit has sent email reminders to you and I will need you to resolve these issues before I can ship you your orders.
Sticker-only orders with up to 20 stickers will be sent by USPS First Class mail, so while there's no tracking, orders should arrive in 1-5 business days for US backers. Card and larger sticker orders will be sent by USPS Ground Advantage, and you will get a tracking number. A reminder of what to do if there are problems with your order:
Lost Packages
If you don't receive your order in the next 2 weeks, please reach out to me at [email protected]. If your package was returned to sender due to an incorrect address as a result of an error in your entry, you will be responsible for paying shipping and handling costs for the new package.
Damaged or Missing Items
You have 30 days after your package arrives to report to [email protected] any needed replacement items for damaged or missing items in your order. If your order was damaged, you must include pictures of the damaged stickers and packaging.
Also, I will be a part of the BackerKit Holiday Market again, which runs from November 18 to December 1. All items will be ready to ship and should arrive in time for the holidays. Follow my pre-launch page to stay updated on the launch!
