Project Update: Shipping is done!
Thank you all for your patience and support while we wrapped up Snarf shipping. We dropped off enough packages to hit 99% on Wednesday, then yesterday I dropped off the final 1%.
I apologize that I have not been able to be responsive to my emails yet, but with the 7am-2am schedule I was working with my friends to get everything done, I just haven't had time yet to address that. Just know if you have any questions or warranty concerns I'll get those resolved as quickly as possible.
If you've seen any of my updates you'll know the past few months have been extremely difficult on us. But the good news is that Melody has started to see some relief from her Meniere's symptoms due to her physical therapy, and she's slated for an infusion mid-November that should help with her Sjogren's symptoms. So we're hopeful that the next few months will be much better than the past have been.
