If I understand this right, it contains the updated class boxes only. How does it changes the game? Are the classes now better balanced? Are they easier to play? CN someone shed more light on the changes? Thank you

I have found I can pre-order the 2nd edition from a relatively nearby retailer, and the overall price including shipping and taxes is cheaper than through this campaign. The difference is substantial enough for me to reconsider committing to wave 3 here. I understand volume discounts, however, given both scenarios are likely arriving on the same ship, the difference suggests someone is trying to bank extra funds at the expense of backers.

I really didn’t expect I’d bother to complain about this, but I really can’t believe how bad the dials in Buttons and Bugs are. I’m not even colour blind and I can hardly tell them apart. They should never have been approved and a couple of them, at least, should be replaced! They’re a bit hard to use, but I think they’ll loosen up, but the colour is dreadful!

Just had the final bits of my Frosthaven order arrive and pretty much all of it is looking really good. Only thing I'm a bit disappointed with is the map archive. Got to admit I didn't look too much into it but there also isn't much of a description for it. I was just expecting something a bit more substantial for $20 than some thin card with velcro stuck on it and all the dividers are a bit too big so are all bowed forward into each other. If anyone is considering getting one would recommend just getting a blue file organiser instead as you could definitely get a better quality one for less money

Hy! I received my copy of "Gloomhaven: Buttons & Bugs" today; yay! :-D It is absolutely *adorable* and I am excited to get-started on my Gloomhaven journey, with this being my first introduction into the franchise. *However* , I must share a few issues that I have had, that I hope that you can fix for other players. 1). Inconsistencies in the contents of my box as compared to the Backerkit contents image: -> The health markers/dials for the baddies/monsters are not listed. -> "21 condition tokens" is now 24. -> "14 plastic tracking cubes" ("6 black, 2 of each color") is actually 6 *white* cubes and *1* of each colour. 2). No *complete* list of contents on the exterior of the box, the little booklet of how-to-play, your official website, nor any shop listings. This made checking whether I had everything a *ridiculously long* task! I had to use the Backerkit listing's images, and then sort-of figure-out what was what (lots of the appearances of items have changed, and numbers of items also changed. See point 1) Could you confirm for me, please, whether I have the correct number of "tracking cubes" (six white, and one each of red, blue, green and purple)? Thank you. And, for the sake of other gamers, *please, please, pleeeease* update your website with a full inventory of the box contents, so that no one else has to spend a literal *hour* figuring out what-is-what and whether they have everything they need. Thanks!!!
Project Update: Schedules and an apology
In discussing it with the team, we've decided one of the blockers for us is that updates are posted on Fridays. We move right into the weekend, where you're not going to see as much activity from us. So we've decided to switch up the update schedule and start posting our updates every other Tuesday. So this will be our last Friday update, and the next update will be posted Tuesday, May 21. This should give us time during the week to look at and respond to your questions in the comments in a more timely fashion.
And since we are talking about schedules, we have an official close off date for wave 3 of the pledge manager: Friday, May 24. Wave 3 consists of the new edition of Gloomhaven and all related products. Once we close off the pledge manager, we will open it a short time later for waves 4 and 5, and we will also open up pre-orders for Gloomhaven at full MSRP on our webstore. So you will get one more warning with the next update, and then we'll be charging cards.

Big strides also continue to be made with the RPG. Our goal is to start handing the chapters off for editing early next week. This will be a piecemeal process as we finalize different sections of the book, sending them into editing one at a time. We've also started to get beautiful map work in from Francesca showing larger portions of the world. Still work-in-progress, so I won't show them yet, but hopefully we can share them soon!

Is the plan still to open the PM after Wave 3 for Wave 4 then for Wave 5 a different time as originally planned or has the plan changed and Wave 4 & 5 will be processed together?

I sent a question about fulfillment a couple of times and support just doesn't respond. I just got the frosthaven organizers and forgotten circle. No core game, no tracker, no response.

I missed out on the new printing of Frosthaven. Is there a way to tell if copies in retail stores are the second printing? Or would the box need to be opened?
