No other items within this campaign will be GPSR compliant so we will not be able to ship other rewards like pins, stickers, and other add on items. This includes not being able to send any additional incentive rewards (reservation pre-launch Melonie Kabob pins, Early Bird sticker reward, and return backer chip clip reward). The short answer is no. If you only pledge for one character bundle, all items you receive will belong to the same fruit type. You will select the character bundle fruit type of your choice during the pledge manager survey phase, after the campaign ends. However, if you back for multiple character bundles, you may select different fruit types per bundle (x1 Melonie and x1 other unlocked fruit type, for example)

The plushie material is soft polyester fabric. They are filled with poly-fil stuffing along with plastic beads/pellets in the four paws and belly area to add a semi-weighted feel of roughly 1 pound.

Yes, you can update or cancel your pledge at any time while the campaign is actively running. As soon as the campaign ends though, you will no longer be able to adjust your pledge and you will be charged for it. You will be able to add additional items on later through the pledge manager if you'd like, but you can't remove anything already charged for.

No, shipping is not included with any pledge levels. We need to charge this after the project ends to ensure we calculate the most accurate weight of your items based on your location. Please factor the estimated shipping costs listed in the project details for a rough estimate on what to expect.

We cannot say for certain if you will be charged customs fees or not. It depends greatly on the amount pledged as well as laws in your specific country. We cannot mark your order as a "gift" to avoid any fees. This can result in significant fines for us. Please note that you will be responsible for all customs fees that do incur. We will not refund shipping for returned items due to unpaid customs fees.

Pledge manager allows us to collect additional information needed to fulfill your order. You will be sent an email a few weeks after the campaign ends with a survey where you can select your plushies and add-on items pledged for during the campaign. You can also purchase additional items during this time. Pledge manager is also where we will charge for shipping, sales tax, and any other fees that might be applicable for certain international countries. If you do not fill out your pledge manager survey and pay the applicable fees, we will not be able to ship out your rewards.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
