How do I select which fruit dragon character I want for a pledge tier or add-on?
You will make this choice AFTER THE CAMPAIGN during the pledge manager survey emails. At that time, you can then select a fruit type from any unlocked designs (Melonie, Berri, and if unlocked - Dotty).
If I have multiple character bundles or add-ons, do I have to select different characters?
Nope! It's your choice, you could choose one of each or two Berri Bundles, whatever you want!
Can I mix and match accessories within a single character bundle?
Sorry no, all items in a single character bundle include items from the same character. If you pledge for more than one bundle, you can select a different (or the same) fruit dragon type PER BUNDLE.
What happens if I back the three bundle tier and Dotty doesn't unlock? I've been waiting to back until she unlocks.
We have heard from many that they plan to back once Dotty is unlocked. She will only be available as an option if we reach that stretch goal so pledging now just helps unlock her sooner! If you back the project now, you can edit your pledge at anytime to choose a different pledge tier entirely, as well as add or remove extra add-ons as needed while the campaign is still running. You won't be charged until the campaign ends on July 28th.
Do you have an option for non-plushie pledges? I just want some of the accessories.
Yes we do! We offer an enamel pin pledge tier as well as a single sticker tier. You must choose a pledge tier before you can access the add-on section where you will find each individual item.
All character/fruit choices for pledge tier and add-ons items will be made AFTER THE CAMPAIGN during the Pledge Manager Survey.
Pay Over Time Available
Pay over time will be an option for anyone pledging $150 or more. You will see an option to pay in 4 installment payments when selecting and confirming your pledge total. Please note, if you use pay over time, you will not receive your survey to select your exact items until after full payment is made.

Project Funded (Achievement)
The project reached its initial funding goal. All backers will now receive this 'Cuddle Puddle' coloring page for FREE. This will be sent sometime after the campaign ends.

To keep the shipping costs as low as possible, we will collect shipping costs AFTER the campaign, during the pledge manager phase. The shipping costs listed here are ESTIMATES. Actual costs may vary and will be charged in the pledge manager.

*EU backers can ONLY back for the fruit dragon plushies. No other items within this campaign will be GPSR compliant so we will not be able to ship other rewards like pins, stickers, and other add-on items. This includes not being able to send any additional incentive rewards (reservation pre-launch Melonie Kabob pins, Early Bird sticker reward, and return backer chip clip reward). We apologize for this inconvenience.

Production Timeline
We have made many plushies and enamel pins over the course of Dragons and Beasties but things can always happen to delay production and shipments. These dates are subject to change.
Pre-Production Samples (2-3 Months): Even though we already have a Melonie plushie sample in hand, we will need time to work on samples of any unlocked stretch goals for the additional plushies and enamel pins after the campaign ends. We will not start full production on any items before we have approved samples of everything in hand. Pin samples typically take anywhere from a few weeks to just over a month depending on how many revisions we need to make. Plushies can take a bit longer, but with having the Melonie plushie finalized already, this should help with the other character designs. We hope to have finalized samples of these within 2-3 months.
Full Production (2-3 months): Once we've approved all samples for plushies and enamel pins, we'll start production which typically takes a few months.
Shipping and Fulfillment (1-2 months): Once production has finished, it may take about a month for us to receive the plushies. Once received we can begin shipping them out to you!

Safety Tested
These plushies will undergo proper safety testing for both US and international safety standards for ages 3 and up. These are, however, still considered collectible plushies, so we do recommend taking proper care of them and using caution if gifting to younger audiences.
Risks & Challenges
We already have the completed plushie sample of Melonie in hand, so we hope this helps make work quicker on any unlocked stretch goal character designs, but plushies simply take time to make, then more time waiting for the shipment to reach us. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, we estimate these should be shipping by February 2027. By backing this campaign, you understand that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please do not plan on these items arriving in time for holiday gifts.
