You represent and warrant that you have reviewed and will abide by our Fan Art Policy, as it is described below:

Organizer Discretion

The purpose of Hoid’s Worldsinger Symposium is community. We ask that all Submissions contribute to the spirit of earnest and collaborative storytelling. All Submissions are subject to review and approval by Dragonsteel. Dragonsteel reserves the sole and absolute right to remove, reject, hide, or disqualify any Submission for any reason, including but not limited to content, quality, tone, interpretation, or suitability for the competition.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Submissions that do not align with the spirit, theme, or standards of the competition
  • Content that may be objectionable, controversial, confusing, or otherwise undesirable
  • Submissions that comply with all stated rules but are nevertheless deemed unsuitable by Dragonsteel
  • Submissions that lean heavily into meme culture

By submitting a Submission, participants acknowledge that all determinations regarding eligibility, display, and inclusion are made at the sole discretion of Dragonsteel. Dragonsteel is not required to provide justification, notice, or opportunity for appeal.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

All Submissions must be created entirely by the participant using their own skill and effort. The use of artificial intelligence, or any technology associated therein, is strictly prohibited and will be immediately disqualified and removed from the competition.

By uploading a Submission, participants confirm that their art abides by this policy. Dragonsteel reserves the right to reject any Submission suspected of violating this policy at their sole discretion.
