Pledge fulfillment starts on September 15th! Please double-check your shipping address within your pledge survey and reach out to our support team if your address needs to be updated. As addresses are now locked, you will not be able to update your shipping address yourself.
You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number in the coming weeks once your tier rewards are shipped.
Remember that add-ons ship separately from tier rewards and may not ship until early 2027.
For backers with digital rewards, you’ll receive an email with a link to your backer survey, where they can be found. Once you receive the link, your digital rewards can be accessed via your backer survey at any time. If you don’t see them immediately, please wait at least 24 hours before contacting support.
Hoid’s Worldsinger Symposium will be released digitally on September 15th.
The wait is over! The collaborative experience known as Hoid’s Worldsinger Symposium, which occurred during the campaign, is now written in metal (EPUB)! Every backer will receive a free digital copy of Hoid’s Worldsinger Symposium within their digital rewards. On September 4th, backers will no longer be able to update their shipping address within BackerKit. To ensure your rewards are delivered to the correct address, please check your pledge and update your information as necessary before September 4th.
Step 1: Go to backerkit.com and log in to your account.
Step 2: Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
Step 3: Select “Your Pledges & Surveys” from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Click on “Your Surveys” and locate the survey for Hoid’s Storybook Collection.
Step 5: Once inside your survey, within the “Shipping Info” section, click the “Edit Shipping Info” button to update your address.
If you are unable to update your address or need to make the change after September 4th, please contact oursupport team, who can help correct the address. As a reminder, add-ons ship separately from pledge rewards and may not begin fulfillment until 2027.
Digital rewards will be available starting on September 15th. You will receive an email with a link to your backer survey, where your rewards can be found. We’ve ordered all pledge rewards! A massive shout out to our creative and development teams for their hard work to get those done. Their efforts are what help us stay on track for tier shipping to begin in fall. As a reminder, add-ons are slated to begin shipping in early 2027 and will be a separate shipment from the main tier rewards.

A message to all EU backers:
We’ve recently become aware that the EU instituted a €3 customs charge per tariff classification. Thank you to those who called that out to us. We won’t add those charges to your shipping. Instead, Dragonsteel will cover these new shipping fees. We appreciate all our international backers, and we don’t want you to incur additional financial costs.
Everything is on track in production, and fulfillment is currently set to start shipping early fall.

Great news, worldhoppers: Production is on track for all books and merchandise! This means fulfillment is still on schedule and slated to begin early fall. To celebrate this, we wanted to share some final product samples with you all.

Helpful reminders for pay-over-time backers.
For those who chose to pay-over-time, final payments will be processed during the beginning of July. After your last payment is completed, your backer survey will be sent, and payment for shipping and taxes—where applicable—will be collected. Surveys will need to be completed promptly in order for our Dougs and chulls to deliver your rewards.

Please complete the survey promptly to help us avoid any potential shipping delays. To pay-over-time backers & those experiencing payment issues: let’s attune to the Rhythm of Peace.
Backers who used the pay-over-time option will be able to access their survey after all four payments have been processed. If this includes you, don’t worry! Even though you won’t be able to fill out your survey for a few months, we are making arrangements to accommodate your cover choices.
If you backed the campaign and your payment method did not go through, you are not simply lost to Adonalsium’s judgment. Please reach out to us through our support portal and we can take a look at the specific problem and help get your pledge ready for fulfillment.
As a reminder, cards have already been charged and the refund deadline for this campaign was March 27, 2026. If you downgrade a pledge or remove add-ons a refund will not automatically be issued. You will instead have a credit applied to your pledge which can be used for other rewards within this campaign.
