We are currently fulfilling both tier rewards and add-ons!

We are on track to ship all tier rewards and add-ons before the end of November. Backers who have both physical tier rewards and physical add-ons will have their rewards shipped together in a single package. Backers who did not select any add-ons can still expect their rewards to arrive before the end of November with no delays.

For backers whose tier rewards and add-on rewards are combined into a single shipment, we will be issuing a partial shipping refund back to the original form of payment. U.S. backers with physical add-ons will receive a shipping refund of about $5. Non-U.S. backers with physical add-ons will receive a shipping refund of about $15.

When should I reach out to the support team?

Due to the number of backers with add-ons, it will take our support team and BackerKit some time to process these partial add-on shipping refunds. All refunds for shipping will conclude before the last package is shipped out, estimated at the end of November 2026.

Please keep your eyes out for an email that will contain your tracking information. As a reminder, our support team is unable to provide individual shipping estimates. If you’ve received a tracking number and a week passes without updates to your tracking information—delivered, in transit, or otherwise—please let our support team know.
