Please note this is a VERY hasty mockup, so it isn't my best work, but I still wanted to share! I think the biggest help is adding an empty space around the title, author, and illustrator sections. This gives all words the needed breathing room so they don't get lost in the background! A red foil border brings the art in from the edges which matches the other secret projects. And then having the words in red foil would be less visually overwhelming. And it would visually more interesting than the usual gold foil. By putting the title in the top right corner, we still get to see the beautiful cat. And the author and illustrator are in the usual section of the center bottom of the book.
