Project Update: Survey and Shipping Deadlines

Hey everyone,

This is a quick reminder for anyone who hasn’t completed their survey yet. Surveys must be filled out by January 1st. Any surveys left incomplete after that date will forfeit their rewards and pledge. As outlined in the terms and conditions, refunds are not available for abandoned or uncompleted surveys.

If you complete your survey by December 21st, your order will ship on December 22nd. Surveys completed after December 22nd will ship after January 1st, as I’ll be out of town for the holidays.

Project Update: 🎄 Tinsel & Trinkets Update: Stickers, Shipping, & a Thank-You Discount Code 50% Off

Hi friends,

First! Please fill out your survey if you have not completed it. We are running out of time to ship your order to arrive in time for Christmas!

I wanted to share an important update regarding recent shipments from last week and this week.

If you were part of those batches, you may notice that one or more sticker designs are missing from your order. This is unfortunately due to the fact that my computer broke and has been out for repair for nearly two weeks, which prevented me from printing additional stickers once certain designs ran out.

If you open your package and notice missing stickers, please know that you were refunded for those items. You can confirm this by checking your order details in BackerKit. If you did or did not receive a refund and have any questions please email me at [email protected]

🎁 Early Bird Sticker Update

One of the sticker designs I ran out of was the free Holiday Dread sticker for early bird backers. In those cases, I included a free Hoppily Cheer sticker as a substitute.

If you were an early bird backer and:

did not receive the Holiday Dread sticker,
received the Hoppily Cheer sticker instead,
and would still like the Holiday Dread sticker

please email me at [email protected].

Once my computer is back, I can print more Holiday Dread stickers and send them out. Please note that they likely will not arrive before Christmas, but I’m happy to still ship one to you free of charge.

I am truly, sincerely sorry that some designs ran out and had to be refunded. I did not expect my computer to break during the busiest season of the year, and it’s been incredibly frustrating — both creatively and financially. Being without it has meant I’m currently unable to make custom items or reprint certain sticker designs, and has resulted in lost income during an already intense season.

Even if I had immediately sent files to a professional printer when my computer failed, the turnaround time still would not have allowed those stickers to arrive in time to ship before Christmas.

I know it might seem like having a backup computer would be an obvious solution, but due to the specialized software, file sizes, memory, and storage requirements I work with, a second machine is a very significant expense. In the future, I may consider running another ready-to-ship pop-up specifically to help fund a backup system — but for now, I truly appreciate your understanding and grace.

Project Update: Tinsel and Trinkets Update

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update: about 90% of the completed survey packages were mailed out today. Another 15–20 packages are scheduled to go out on Thursday. If you haven’t completed your survey yet, please do so—this helps ensure your items are sent out as quickly as possible. For those packages that shipped today, tracking emails should go out tomorrow.

I also want to address an issue with a few of the add-on sticker designs. Unfortunately, my computer broke last week and had to be sent away for repair. It’s been over a week and the repair still isn’t complete. Without my laptop, I’m unable to format, print, or die-cut the stickers, which means a few designs couldn’t be produced at this time.

If you purchased any of the affected designs (listed below), they’ve been removed from your order and fully refunded. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience—those designs will still be released in the Etsy shop once I’m able to resume production.

✨ Survey Update: All Surveys Are Now Going Out!

Hi friends!

A quick update — the other day a minor issue with one of the free items in the pledge
manager was discovered. With the help of the BackerKit team, everything has now been fully fixed! 🎉

This small hiccup caused a slight delay in sending out the full wave of surveys, but the good news is: Surveys are being sent out right now!

📦 Your Orders Are Ready to Pack

All items ordered during the Tinsel & Trinkets campaign have already been pulled from inventory and set aside, ready to be packed. That means:

The sooner you complete your survey, the sooner your order can be shipped
Once you submit your survey, your card will be charged shortly after for shipping and any additional add-ons you selected
Orders cannot ship until your survey is completed and your payment is successful

So if you’d like your order to go out as quickly as possible, filling out your survey promptly is the best way to make it happen!

Just a reminder that if you pledged into the $1 Just the Add-ons tier, to be eligible for any free incentive items you have to have purchased at least one add-on.
