I wanted to share an important update regarding recent shipments from last week and this week.

If you were part of those batches, you may notice that one or more sticker designs are missing from your order. This is unfortunately due to the fact that my computer broke and has been out for repair for nearly two weeks, which prevented me from printing additional stickers once certain designs ran out.

If you open your package and notice missing stickers, please know that you were refunded for those items. You can confirm this by checking your order details in BackerKit. If you did or did not receive a refund and have any questions please email me at [email protected]

One of the sticker designs I ran out of was the free Holiday Dread sticker for early bird backers. In those cases, I included a free Hoppily Cheer sticker as a substitute.

Once my computer is back, I can print more Holiday Dread stickers and send them out. Please note that they likely will not arrive before Christmas, but I’m happy to still ship one to you free of charge.

I am truly, sincerely sorry that some designs ran out and had to be refunded. I did not expect my computer to break during the busiest season of the year, and it’s been incredibly frustrating — both creatively and financially. Being without it has meant I’m currently unable to make custom items or reprint certain sticker designs, and has resulted in lost income during an already intense season.

Even if I had immediately sent files to a professional printer when my computer failed, the turnaround time still would not have allowed those stickers to arrive in time to ship before Christmas.

I know it might seem like having a backup computer would be an obvious solution, but due to the specialized software, file sizes, memory, and storage requirements I work with, a second machine is a very significant expense. In the future, I may consider running another ready-to-ship pop-up specifically to help fund a backup system — but for now, I truly appreciate your understanding and grace.

Today is the last day to place an order and reasonably expect it to arrive before Christmas for US backers. As always, I can’t guarantee holiday delivery timelines — USPS sometimes does what USPS does — but I’ll continue shipping as quickly as possible.
