You take your time reading the contract. It reads:

I, the undersigned, hereby and after referred to as the primary signatory, do hereso make testament to trade, in exchange for the agreed-upon service listed in Appendix 6, one, and only one non-descript favor which may be called in by any demon in the servitude of Infernus at any time during the primary signatory’s lifetime, or thereafter if the primary signatory’s soul is extant in any realm, plane, or domicile. 

I, the undersigned, hereby and after referred to as the secondary signatory, do also swear to Infernus that the secondary signatory shall, within the best of their ability and knowledge, do no deeds which are concretely, blatantly, or ulterior in nature antithetical to the intent and spirit of this agreement as it is interpreted by Infernus, or his appointees. This agreement shall, in the case of any dispute, be arbitrated by Infernus at the expense of the primary signatory. Should arbitration be required, it shall take place within the realm of Nethria under the rule, court, and order of Infernus. If the primary signatory is unable to attend the arbitration hearing, whether due to a scheduling conflict or corporeality, the hearing shall be found in favor of the secondary signatory.

Appendix 6
The service for which this exchange was rendered, is hereby defined as neutral behavior by all demons who may or may not have intended to hinder the passage of the aforesigned from the position of not having passed, into the position of having passed beyond, such that the primary signatory is not prevented with intention or action by the secondary signatory, or any other demons within his legion, brethren, partnership, or service from being able-bodied enough, or from being physically inhibited from exiting this room.
