I received my physical stuff very beautiful. But where do I get my digital books?

...well it was worth the wait: this package is just *gorgeous*...ghostfire continues to step up their game; i hope agents of the empire gets similar treatment!..

I can't wait to get home from work and actually have them in my hands, but my roommates confirmed they arrived! Gotta love how inconsistent Canada Post is, no updates since the ship arrived then a three day turnaround from tracking number to delivery.

My copy delivered just a few minutes ago - Oregon US. Packaging was... tolerable? The Citadel of the Unseen sun and all it's components came through just fine, but the core books I added on have all their corners bashed in, and the box itself was in rough shape. All in all, happy to finally have this in my hands, and hoping I can get this campaign started later this year!

So. I'm working on getting ready to run this coming week. And noticed that the maps are a lot darker than they were in the Fables PDFs

FINALLY the books are here very happy surprise when I arrived at home today. and man say waht you want about their communication skills but their products are solid. ( we still need clearer support thou, but there is no damages on the boxes and everything I was very surprised)

Came home from my Grim Hollow game last night to a large box sitting on my bed!! Everything look amazing!! Loving the Adventure Maps!! Need more of those!!

At long last my UPS account is showing a delivery date of May 2nd. The US ship has already begun it's journey back to China and it's more believable than a USPS delivery date, but after all this nonsense I reserve the right to be cynical and question it

Has anyone received their tracking information for the UK yet? The ship has already made it stop here.

Australia here and the package arrived without any tracking info or warning at all. 😂 They're coming guys. And it all looks great. Very pleased.

Have yet to receive order backerkit says it's shipped, ups says it's been stuck in transit for over a month??? I am a US backer

So where are the books I'm specifically speaking for Canadian backers as its very apparent no one has gotten their books when we were told it would be the first 2 weeks of this month. what's the issue this time ?

I am a rest of the world backer and at the day of writing I got my pledge delivered to me. Everything is in order, neatly packed and also includes the addon I ordered. It is, as expected, of top quality, so I hope that brings some comfort to those still waiting - in my view, it's well worth the wait. In hopes that someone from Ghostfire also sees this, I must stress that communication on this project definitely left something to be desired. While there have been some noticeable improvements, the support ticket that I opened regarding the project and was due in March (as suggested by the ticket itself) is still due a reply, and the box itself arrived unannounced - there is no tracking number in Backerkit and I had to reschedule delivery after a failed delivery attempt. I sincerely hope that you would prioritize customer relationship management in your current and future projects - most certainly, everyone would be delighted to receive the amazing things you produce without having to worry about the status of the projects.
