Project Update: Thanks for your patience
Hey, everyone. Thanks for checking in and asking about updates. I’m sorry for not following up sooner.
Earlier this year some personal issues arose, including the death of a family member, which really impacted my ability to work on the project. I’m feeling a lot better now, but my tendency towards perfectionism left me feeling unable to move forward. However, things are getting better and I am excited to share some updates on HUNTERS.
Play-testing was completed recently, and I’m happy with the adventure! It’s deadly, relentless and full of hard choices. The Hunters are fun, vibrant antagonists with a lot of personality. My run through of it ended with just one PC surviving, all but one Hunter dead or incapacitated and several potentially game or even campaign-changing horrors released into The Sink.
I am currently working on editing the text which is mostly finished, and I’m reaching to TKG for some support with finding editors and graphic design help as needed.
I aim to have a draft pdf in your hands as soon as I can, but I can’t promise the exact date that will be. I’ll try to be better about giving regular updates, regardless of if I have anything interesting to share. Everything will be on track for bulk shipping via TKG (exact date TBA). Once the layout is locked in, I’ll be able to properly start on the art, which I’m really looking forward to working on.
Other news…
I have started running a Wages of Sin campaign, and it’s been fun, and has certainly delivered on the ‘Cowboy Bebop’ vibes I was hoping for. Now just where to fit Prospero’s Dream into it…
