Titan Effect Zero is a tactical espionage and Sci-Fi role-playing game. It takes place in a contemporary world where spies gifted with psychic powers clash against genetically enhanced soldiers in a secret war over the fate of human evolution.

Players play covert operatives gifted with special abilities and work for the international clandestine organization known as SPEAR. They carry out perilous missions worldwide, fight against dangerous creatures, and battle insidious organizations.
