Using discord as a support site really makes it more difficult than a traditional forum. Searching for existing problems is so much more difficult, which results in people asking questions that have already been solved. That, and a constant wall of moving text due to “chatting” is less conducive to fast problem solving. Any chance for a regular forum so there is less duplication and less visual noise?
