It has been a nice, very long journey to get here. Nearly 2 years, certainly longer than anyone intended, but we're almost there. Packages have been received in the UK, in New Zealand, in Japan. Packages have been received all across the states, with East-Coast next on the slate. (The 4 pallets of items and orders arrive to the New Jersey warehouse tomorrow after a week's delay, then orders will head into the mail system end of week and into/through next week.)

I Ordered Alleyman's tarot/Alleyway Oracles/2nd Edition Oracle Dice, but Didn't Get Them!
Last week, New Titan let me know that they are sending these separately. I don't have an answer as to why, but it should be happening now and into the next few weeks. I'm sorry about that everyone, New Titan decided to do this without letting me know. I have asked for a timetable but don't have one from them yet, I will let you know when I know!

Wave 2 Orders Locking Down and Sending to New Titan Monday

If you didn't get your survey (or shipping) done in time, I did not send your order to New Titan for fulfillment. I am now doing so starting on Monday (10/19). If you have been patiently waiting but now realize you need to update your address, do so now, drop me an email. ([email protected])
If your order is already marked "Shipped"? Then you were in Wave 1 and we are well past the point of you being able to update your address.

Final Due Dates

I am extending these slightly. Otherwise, we were already past the first one.

Getting Surveys in or Shipping Paid For | October 19th
If you have still not gotten your survey in, or gotten your shipping charge to work? I am giving you 6 more days (we passed the due date by 12 days already, so this is generous), to October 19th. As of now, 16 folks have not done their surveys at all. 33 people have had their card's fail to charge and have not fixed it, either for shipping (16) or for their add-ons AND shipping (17).

If you do not get this taken care of, your order will be cancelled on October 19th and your pledge will be considered a donation to the success of the project. There have been nearly 2 years to get your survey in, and five months to get the card's failed charge handled. See FAQ below for how to check your survey if you can't figure out how to get there on your own. (If your order is marked as "Shipped", this does not apply to you in any way.)

Reporting Missing Packages or Items | 45 Days from being marked as "Delivered" by tracking, or December 1st 2026
If you never get your package, you have until December 1st to let us know solely IF there was not tracking sent to you for whatever reason.

If you received tracking/we sent you tracking, then you have 45 days from the day it is marked as having arrived to you to email myself or New Titan ([email protected], [email protected]) about your package not making it to you, or your package arriving with missing items. After that, we will not fix these kinds of issues for any reason.

 

FAQ

• My Order is Marked Shipped, But I Don't See Tracking?
  • Everyone's orders were marked "Fulfilled" when I sent your addresses to the fulfillment center. For some reason, that shows up to backers as "Shipped" instead of "Fulfilled."  Backerkit knows and does not want to change this for some reason. They like the difference? Look for your tracking number to know when it's nearing you. See below.
• Will I Get Tracking?
  • Yes. It will automatically be sent to you by email. 
• I don't know if I did my survey or if mine is in the packages that are fulfilling. How do I know?
  • Log into Backerkit and check your survey for this project. If it's marked as Fulfilled/Shipped, it is in the shipment wave heading out now. Unsure how to find your survey? Check this link:

• I missed doing my survey in time to be in the "First Wave" of packages. How long will I have to wait for the "Second Wave" of shipments?
  • Not long at all. I am planning to send the orders to New Titan to start packing and shipping Monday the 19th of October, 2026.
• My Order is labeled with a note that says "Consolidated" but I have a $10-40+ credit. What's that?
  • Because of how tax/VAT/GST are added to orders on Backerkit, even consolidated orders were tagged with taxes and fees. To make sure we didn't charge you those (since they will instead be charged on your consolidated order on another project), we just gave a blanket $50 credit to anyone whose orders were consolidated. You don't actually have extra money to get paid back, we just did that to avoid accidentally charging you more.
• Who do I contact to ask about my failed charges or survey problems?

• I ordered a signed copy, or I got enamel pins that did not come in the package! What gives?
  • I have to wait to receive my copies of the decks to sign them and ship them out. I also am the one shipping out the enamel pins that are missing from your order, so please hold tight. I'll ship that all at once with the signed copies soon.
• Who do I contact if I never get tracking or if I need to check in on missing or damaged items in my order?
  • New Titan, who is handling our fulfillment, will take care of that for you directly. Just tell them your name, the email associated with your pledge, and what project you backed so they can find your order: [email protected]
