First off, please see the previous update for most information.
However, presume the timeline on that one is irrelevant now.

I just got an email back from New Titan today that was basically about how they are overwhelmed with work at the moment. If you are emailing them, please only email them for issues with your package itself that they must handle: Such as it bouncing, being non deliverable, ready to pick up, needing tax ID, incomplete address-- that kind of thing. Please save other inquiries for me, or try trouble shooting. Check what email address you use on Backerkit before you say you can't find tracking, for example. They say they are fielding many questions like that, which are just user error.
And be prepared to wait a bit for them to reply, the same individuals answering emails are also getting orders into the mail right now.

I have additionally been told by them just now that two weeks ago, they were called by the forwarder and told that the cargo ship would be delayed due to adding more stops to the voyage.

Long story short, New Titan and I are in agreement that this is the final project they will fulfill with me. They are a production company who offered fulfillment, but they would like to return to solely being production.

We are in a holding pattern until they are informed by the forwarder that the shipping container is state side, which they are telling me they will not know until it happens. Considering we are 12 days past the date they had told me originally, I would hope that it could be any day now. But with the limited information at hand, I would say we should be prepared to wait a week, two weeks, or even three. It's hard to know just yet.
